Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist the Line Manager in supervising the Sales Team and ensuring effective daily operations.</li><li>Meet individual sales targets and contribute to achieving the overall team objectives.</li><li>Support the smooth running of the section and ensure team coordination is maintained.</li><li>Contribute to the training, development, and continuous improvement of team members.</li><li>Drive maximum profitability and growth in alignment with the organization&rsquo;s strategic plans.</li><li>Supervise general activities of the Sales Team or assigned section as directed by the Line Manager.</li><li>Assist the Line Manager in the recruitment of team members, in accordance with approved criteria.</li><li>Support the Line Manager in training, coaching, and appraising team members to ensure performance targets are achieved.</li><li>Prepare and submit monthly reports to the Line Manager in the agreed format.</li><li>Prepare and align presentations for internal or external use, as required.</li><li>Assist the Line Manager in maintaining communication with clients/customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.</li><li>Set a strong example for the team in terms of commitment, sales performance, work ethics, and professional behavior.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, pricing, sales, and related activities.</li><li>Monitor and control expenses to ensure compliance with approved budgetary limits.</li><li>Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and operational standards.</li><li>Collaborate and maintain positive interactions with colleagues, suppliers, and clients/customers to support overall business success.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Transferable residency in Kuwait.</li><li>Previous experience in sales supervision or team leadership.</li><li>Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to motivate and train team members.</li><li>Strong organizational and reporting abilities.</li><li>Customer-focused mindset with professionalism and integrity.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.</li><li>Fluency in both Arabic and English.</li><li>Valid driving license is required.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
