Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger</li><li>Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with accounting standards</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records</li><li>Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting</li><li>Handle end-of-month and year-end closing processes</li><li>Support internal and external audits and tax filings</li><li>Maintain accurate and organized accounting documentation</li><li>Suggest improvements in financial procedures and systems</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Must have a transferable residency in Kuwait</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field</li><li>3-5 years of experience in an accounting role</li><li>Proficient in accounting software (Odoo)</li><li>Strong understanding of accounting principles and Kuwaiti financial regulations</li><li>Bilingual &ndash; Arabic and English</li><li>Strong attention to detail and analytical skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
