 Summary:
 
 
 
 We are seeking an experienced
 
 Project Engineer
 
 to join our Construction delivery team for high-rise residential towers and luxury villas developments in the
 
 Middle East
 
 region. This role offers the opportunity to lead, coordinate and cooperate effectively with all site participants and lead the site team to achieve the completion date of each activity, ensuring compliance with international standards, client requirements, and project deadlines. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with project management, have worked in leading construction environments, and possess strong coordination and communication skills and should be available to relocate to UAE.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Finish all online site transactions on Dubai Building Permits System (BPS) and Dubai Municipality portal.
 </li>
 <li>
 Study all Drawings, Specifications and Quality Plan and Client requirements to get the needed data for implementing work and requesting materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing sketches and illustration Drawings to guide the foremen is regards to execution of work.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and cooperate effectively with all site participants (Consultant &ndash; Dubai Municipality &ndash; Subcontractors &ndash; Company team)
 </li>
 <li>
 Solving site problems if any.
 </li>
 <li>
 Complying with schedule to meet the time frame in accordance with the required specifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the site team to achieve the completion date of each activity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up and inspect the work and hand it over to the consultant and the municipality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare project status reports by collecting and analyzing information.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring the daily works in accordance with QA/QC policies, performance, standards and specifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing material requisitions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing daily programs report.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordination with safety team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing the short-term detailed schedules for Critical or Delayed activities in the project to Catchup measures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attending Kickoff and other meetings with Vendors and following up them to prepare and submit the Work Schedule, engineering and procurement schedules in line with the project requirements.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in civil engineering.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum
 
 10 years
 
 of relevant experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comprehensive knowledge of Project Management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines under pressure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to plan, schedule, and monitor project progress using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with QA/QC processes, ISO standards, and compliance requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods and materials.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Preferred Skills
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Certification in PMP is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with Gulf-based construction projects.
 </li>
 </ul>
