<ul><li>Responsible for recording and filing minutes of departmental meetings and inform the reporting authority for further action.</li><li>Responsible for coordinating, monitoring and analyzing the progress of key initiatives based on strategic, financial and operational metrics and be accountable for reporting and rectifying deficiencies observed.</li><li>Provide technical and administrative support related to a variety of Human resources duties.</li><li>Act as liaison between the administrative authority, Departmental Heads, subordinates or others, by transmitting directives, instructions and assignments and following up on the status of assignments.</li><li>Provide a bridge for smooth communication between respective authority and internal departments;demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff.</li><li>Liaise with various departments and operating units and act as a point of contact in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems.</li><li>Perform follow-up tasks with various group managers.</li><li>Keep a schedule of events and calendar dates.</li><li>Provide leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the group, and manages a variety of special projects, some of which may have organizational impact.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;21,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
