 Position Overview:
 
 The Public Relations Officer (PRO) plays a vital role in ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and administrative requirements related to the company&rsquo;s operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The position supports the company&rsquo;s startup phase in KSA, handling government liaison activities, documentation, office administration, and coordination of official procedures.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The role also provides administrative assistance to the management team and may occasionally support in the pickup and delivery of official documents or the transport of guests for business purposes as needed.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Serve as the company&rsquo;s representative in all government-related transactions, ensuring full compliance with KSA labor, immigration, and corporate regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with authorities such as the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD), GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, Chamber of Commerce, and Municipality offices for company and employee affairs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and process visas, Iqamas, license renewals, company registration documents, and other legal formalities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the initial setup of the KSA office, including documentation, local registrations, and coordination with government agencies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company documents, licenses, and employee files in both electronic and physical formats.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide administrative support to management and staff, including correspondence, filing, translation, and coordination of office requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist, when necessary, in the pickup and drop-off of official documents, parcels, and guests to ensure efficient operational support.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and compliance in all dealings with authorities and internal stakeholders.
 </li>

 Qualifications &amp; Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Saudi national or resident with a valid transferable Iqama (preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Administration, Business, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 3&ndash;5 years&rsquo; experience as a PRO or Administrative Officer in KSA.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of KSA labor laws, visa and immigration processes, and government portals (Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid KSA driver&rsquo;s license required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism.
 </li>

 Working Conditions

Public Relations Officer (PRO)

 Position Overview:
 
 The HR Manager for KSA Operations will lead the development and execution of all human resources functions for the company&rsquo;s startup operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This role is responsible for ensuring full compliance with Saudi labor laws, establishing local HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and driving recruitment, performance, and engagement initiatives.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The position requires a strategic yet hands-on HR professional with strong experience in Saudi employment law, HR compliance, and government relations who can represent the company in all HR and labor-related matters.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop, implement, and manage HR policies, procedures, and systems tailored to KSA operations and aligned with Group HR standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure full compliance with KSA labor laws and government regulations, including employment contracts, end-of-service, and Saudization requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle &ndash; recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and other regulatory bodies for HR and payroll-related compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead recruitment and manpower planning, ensuring the right talent is hired and retained to support the company&rsquo;s growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring fairness and market competitiveness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle employee relations, providing guidance on grievances, discipline, and policy interpretation in accordance with labor law.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate payroll processing, time attendance, and leave management in collaboration with the Finance department.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain HR documentation and reporting, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely submission of required data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with the Group HR team to implement training, engagement, and performance initiatives that support company culture and objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as an HR advisor to the Country Manager and leadership team on workforce planning and people-related strategies.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master&rsquo;s or HR certification preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 7&ndash;10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity within Saudi Arabia.
 </li>
 <li>
 In-depth understanding of Saudi labor law, HR compliance, and Saudization programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in startup environments or establishing HR functions from the ground up is an advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with HR systems and government portals (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
 </li>
 <li>
 High integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Working Conditions:
 
 
 
 Based in Riyadh, primarily office-based. May require visits to government offices and attendance at company meetings and events.
