Job Description: Responsibilities:<ul><li>Implements the brand specific visual merchandising standards</li><li>Ideate and implement stand design, graphics and displays in line with brand and marketing team</li><li>Coordinating store displays in line with brand guidelines and strategy</li><li>Visit and arrange merchandise, signage, promotion item displays and planogram in store</li><li>Check placement of new launch, re-arrange displays and train BA&rsquo;s at the store regarding new launch, planogram.</li><li>Ensures proper merchandising of gondolas, wall units in each store.</li><li>Working closely with the operations and brand management team to increase sales.</li><li>Working with sales and store team</li><li>Responsible in store opening and timely visit to ensure that brand&rsquo;s standard are properly implemented and followed</li><li>Conduct regular market visits to check adherence to brand guidelines and ensure excellence in execution of all visual merchandising across the region.</li></ul>Requirement:1. Must have driving license<ul><li>2 - 3years of prior VM experience in the Middle East region in relevant industries, preferably Beauty</li><li>Excellent organization skills</li><li>Solid prioritization and time management skills</li><li>Proficient communication in English</li></ul>Salary: 4k to 5kWorking Day: 6 DaysJob Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
