The Junior Procurement Associate &acirc; SCM supports end-to-end procurement and supply chain activities, including material planning, vendor coordination, purchase order management, and logistics follow-ups. Key Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li>Procurement &amp; Vendor Coordination</li><li>Source and procure raw materials, components, and services as per SCM requirements</li><li>Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs)</li><li>Coordinate with approved vendors for pricing, lead time, availability, and delivery schedules</li><li>Maintain vendor master data and procurement documentation</li></ul><div><b>
Supply Chain &amp; Inventory Support</b></div><ul><li>Coordinate with planning, production, and stores teams to ensure material availability</li><li>Track inventory levels and support replenishment planning</li><li>Monitor material movement from supplier to warehouse/site</li><li>Assist in resolving shortages, delays, and quality issues</li></ul><div><b>
Logistics &amp; Documentation</b></div><ul><li>Follow up on dispatches, delivery status, and logistics coordination</li><li>Ensure timely GRN, invoice verification, and document submission</li><li>Support inward and outward material documentation</li></ul><div><b>
Skills &amp; Competencies</b></div><ul><li>Sound understanding of SCM and procurement processes</li><li>Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills</li><li>Working knowledge of inventory management concepts</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication</li><li>Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally / Zoho / Odoo or similar) preferred</li><li>Good analytical and documentation skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and work under deadlines</li></ul><div><b>
