About the Opportunity
Confires is currently seeking a results-driven MarketingLead Generation Manager to develop and implement strategies that attract and convert high-quality leads for our business. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing and sales funnels, and a passion for driving business growth through innovative lead generation techniques. 
Job Duties
Email Marketing<ul><li>
Manage HubSpot as the email marketing platform - ensuring it's optimized, integrated, and driving opportunities to the sales team across the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest branches.</li><li>
Develop, execute, and continually improve email campaigns to nurture leads and generate sales opportunities.</li><li>
Cross-sell and retarget existing customer database of over 70,000 B2B contacts.
</li><li>Develop new customer journey mapping.</li><li>
Build segmented lists and targeted sequences that improve engagement and conversion.</li><li>
Run A/B testing on subject lines, email content, and CTAs to refine performance.</li><li>
Monitor deliverability, engagement metrics, and campaign analytics.</li></ul>
Paid Channels<ul><li>
Work closely with marketing agency to develop and execute paid media strategies across (but not limited to) Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook that drive qualified inbound sales opportunities.</li></ul>
CRM, Data,Reporting<ul><li>
Ensure HubSpot, Salesforce, and CRM are fully integrated, with data flow and accurate reporting.</li><li>
Troubleshoot workflow issues, sync errors, and automation breakdowns.</li><li>
Maintain clean and accurate lead data across platforms.</li><li>
Generate reports on campaign performance, lead quality, and funnel health to guide strategy.</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
5+ years of experience in HubSpot (automation, workflows, sequences, segmentation, reporting).</li><li>
Proven success designing and optimizing B2B email campaigns that drive sales growth to current customers and prospects.</li><li>
Work cross-functionally with Sales leadership to ensure marketing campaigns are supporting measurable sales growth.</li><li>
Analytical mindset using HubSpot and Salesforce.</li><li>
Excellent copywriting skills for conversion-focused emails.</li><li>
Service industry experience (fire protection or security).</li><li>
Knowledge of SEO, PPC, LinkedIn, or content marketing.</li><li>
Experience with integration tools Zapier and PowerBI reporting.</li></ul>
Compensation<ul><li>
This is a salaried position - $75-95k with potential quarterly bonuses</li></ul>
