Restaurant Bartenders assist in the setup of the restaurant bar, serve members and guests graciously in our restaurants or during special events, and strive to create a memorable experience.

What will be expected of you:<ul><li>
Provide immediate and continuous service and attention to all members/guests</li><li>
Mix, prepare, serve, and upsell drinks to members and guests
</li><li>Work as a team to execute a variety of different event operations including but not limited to, buffet, plated, and a la carte dining</li><li>
Empowerment to resolve member/guest complaints as soon as they occur</li><li>
Assist in closing functions by performing various tasks related to the restaurant bar</li><li>
A flexible work schedule is expected, including working holidays, weekends, and special member events.
</li><li>The ability to work, holidays, nights, and weekends are required.</li></ul>
Ideal Candidates will possess the following attributes:<ul><li>
Required Minimum of 1yr previous bartending experience</li><li>
TIPS or TAM certification</li><li>
Alcohol training</li><li>
A self-starting and adaptable individual who is flexible enough to handle quick changes according to the business needs of the day</li><li>
Hungry attitude, independent worker, and eager to learn</li><li>
Willing to work as little or as much as needed</li><li>
Professional, neat, and clean-cut appearances are expected</li></ul>
