As a Multi-Channel Campaign Manager within our Advanced Surgical business, you&rsquo;ll be at the center of execution, bringing digital and offline marketing strategies from concept to launch across multiple channels.
In this role, you&rsquo;ll take the lead in transforming strategy into clear, actionable campaign plans across digital and off-line channels coordinating across teams, managing timelines, and ensuring every detail is in place for a smooth, high-quality launch. You&rsquo;ll play a critical role in connecting the dots between content, creative, operations, and analytics to deliver impactful campaigns that drive measurable results.

Key Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Partners portfolio and clinical marketers as well as sales to build cohesive cross channel campaigns to drive awareness and demand.</li><li>
Builds campaign execution plans and coordinates cross-channel delivery for assigned initiatives.</li><li>
Manages timelines, dependencies, and launch-readiness checklists to ensure on-time delivery.</li><li>
Coordinates creative, content, operations, and stakeholder review cycles.</li><li>
Ensures tracking readiness, including UTM setup, naming conventions, and conversion actions.</li><li>
Executes paid activation within established standards, where applicable.</li><li>
Partners analytics to instill a continuous improvement culture across tactics, setting benchmarks and developing playbooks for future use.</li><li>
Partners with business-unit stakeholders to align campaign activity to milestones, launches, and conversion goals.</li></ul>
Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree required</li><li>
5+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, integrated marketing, digital marketing, or marketing operations, preferably in healthcare, medical device, or other regulated environment</li><li>
Demonstrated experience owning multi-channel campaigns from planning through launch, including timelines, budget management, performance management, paid media, SEO, marketing automations, PPC/SEM, stakeholder reviews, asset coordination, tracking requirements, and reporting.</li><li>
Strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and campaign execution skills</li><li>
Working knowledge of digital channels, tracking, measurement readiness, and approval workflows</li></ul>
Preferred Requirements<ul><li>
Degree concentration in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field</li><li>
Experience coordinating multi-channel downstream campaigns, paid activation, and launch planning</li><li>
Experience in off-line activities such as trade shows, print and PR activities</li><li>
Certifications in marketing technology and paid media/performance marketing</li><li>
Experience in regulated industries and/or with campaign management platforms</li></ul>
Travel up to 30%

Multi-Channel Campaign Manager

<div>Job duties:<ul><li>
Develop, implement, and support molding processes used in the manufacturing of complex high-precision medical devices and components.</li><li>
Design cell layouts and optimize processes to maximize efficiency, develop tooling and fixturing, implement verification and validation plans, troubleshoot using six sigma tools, and lead continuous improvement and cost savings initiatives.</li><li>
Design, develop, and optimize molding and manufacturing processes to meet stringent production, quality requirements, and regulatory standards. This includes process verification and validation, and qualifying vendors, suppliers, components, items, and parts.</li><li>
Perform a variety of engineering tasks in the planning and design of tooling, fixturing, processes, and cell layouts. Oversee the specification, selection, installation, operation, and maintenance of equipment and machines in accordance with company policies and procedures.</li><li>
Investigate and resolve issues during the manufacturing process to ensure site safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met, minimizing machine downtime.</li><li>
Develop and introduce process changes. Create engineering change orders and complete all required documentation and system transactions to implement changes and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including work instructions, process parameters, and validation documents.</li><li>
Provide subject matter expertise and support to our High-Performance Work Teams on the production floor</li><li>
Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process performance and product quality.</li><li>
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&amp;D, Quality, and Production, to support new product development and existing product enhancements.</li><li>
Instruct and direct other engineers in designing tools, fixtures, and processes, and provide support for molding operations.</li><li>
Oversee the maintenance and calibration of molding and manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.</li><li>
Interpret drawings and design processes using CAD programs to manufacture medical devices and components.</li><li>
Investigate new equipment and technologies to reduce costs and increase output.</li><li>
Lead projects and ensure all assigned project deadlines and deliverables are met.</li><li>
Prepare reports, maintain files, lists, logs, and complete required paperwork.</li><li>
Interface with internal and external contacts to complete assignments and resolve problems.</li><li>
Perform other related functions as required by management.</li></ul>
Job Requirements:<ul><li>
Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.</li><li>
7 years of experience in molding process engineering including experience with: molding technologies, materials science, process optimization and FDA regulations, ISO13485 standards and GMP requirements for medical device manufacturing.</li></ul>
