We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QHSE Executive to lead our company's quality, health, safety, and environmental initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with industry standards and legal regulations, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement across manufacturing operationsREQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Pharma or Science and any related field.</li><li>Must be NEBOSH IGC Qualified.</li><li>3+ years of hands-on experience:</li><li>Implementing and leading HSE Programs in 3PL Pharmaceutical projects.</li><li>Successfully managing, interacting, and negotiating with customers and industry regulators regarding HSE.</li><li>Preferably certification in QMS, EMS, OHSMS, and Social compliance.</li><li>Ideally, experience in commercial Quality and HS Function with Pharmaceutical and FMCG clients; experience in 3PL will be preferred.</li><li>Preferable to have knowledge of cGMP, Drug Law, Shop and Establishment, Factories Act, OHS regulations, QMS, and EMS.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li></ul>RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Inspection of the facility, daily GEMBA of the facility, and monitoring of cleaning and maintenance of the facility.</li><li>Keeping track of CAPA, accident incidents, PTW, etc.</li><li>Report, record, and investigate any incident or accident taking place in the facility.</li><li>Conduct safety training to ensure all staff members are aware of safety protocols and have enough knowledge to perform their work safely.</li><li>Random compliance checks on products received, stored, and dispatched.</li><li>Coordination with clients on SHE matters.</li><li>Monthly inspection and monitoring of equipment and facility (Cleaning, Maintenance, and QSHE concerns).</li><li>Assist in implementing QMS procedures such as internal audits, risk management, etc.</li><li>Site inspection relevant to fire and safety.</li></ul>Send your CVs to careers@connectlogistics.pk mention position and location in the subject lineJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
