Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QHSE Executive to lead our company's quality, health, safety, and environmental initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity for professionals passionate about occupational health and environmental management to make a significant impact within a dynamic organization.Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct daily GEMBA walks and routine facility inspections.</li><li>Monitor facility temperature and maintain accurate records.</li><li>Oversee cleaning, maintenance, and overall QSHE compliance.</li><li>Assist QSHE Manager in preparing reports and documentation.</li><li>Track and manage CAPA, accident incidents, PTW, and deviations.</li><li>Report, investigate, and document incidents and adverse events with CAPA.</li><li>Conduct safety trainings to ensure staff awareness and compliance.</li><li>Perform random compliance checks on received, stored, and dispatched products.</li><li>Coordinate with clients on Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) matters.</li><li>Develop, share, and monitor KPIs as per agreed timelines.</li><li>Carry out monthly inspections of equipment and facilities.</li><li>Support QMS implementation including internal audits and risk management.</li><li>Conduct fire and safety inspections and audits.</li><li>Assist in internal and external EHS/QSHE audits and visits.</li><li>Develop and maintain EHS internal processes and best practices.</li><li>Train and mentor teams on Quality, HSE, and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Implement systems for communication, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Assist in preparation of SOPs, specifications, and method guides.</li><li>Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory obligations.</li><li>Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharma or Science and any related field.</li><li>Must be NEBOSH IGC Qualified.</li><li>Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and leading HSE programs within 3PL pharmaceutical operations.</li><li>Proven experience in managing, coordinating, and negotiating with clients and industry regulators on HSE-related matters.</li><li>Preferable certifications in QMS, EMS, OHSMS, and Social Compliance.</li><li>Experience in Quality and EHS functions within Pharmaceutical and FMCG environments; 3PL experience preferred.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of cGMP, Drug Laws, Factories Act, Shop &amp; Establishment laws, OHS regulations, QMS, and EMS.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting, audits, and client coordination.</li></ul>Send your CVs to careers@connectlogistics.pk mention position and location in the subject lineJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
