Job OverviewWe&rsquo;re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Manager to plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms. The role focuses on building brand voice, growing engagement, and driving measurable results through consistent, high-quality social media activity.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and others as required</li><li>Write compelling captions aligned with brand tone and marketing goals</li><li>Coordinate with designers, videographers, and content creators</li><li>Manage daily posting, stories, reels, and community engagement (comments &amp; DMs)</li><li>Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and prepare monthly reports</li><li>Stay updated on trends, memes, platform updates, and algorithm changes</li><li>Run and optimise paid social campaigns (if required)</li><li>Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely execution</li><li>Collaborate with marketing, sales, and brand teams for campaign alignment</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses</li><li>Strong copywriting and content ideation skills</li><li>Understanding of social media analytics and insights</li><li>Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or similar</li><li>Basic understanding of paid ads and influencer collaborations (preferred)</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage deadlines</li><li>Strong visual sense and attention to detail</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in agency or brand-side social media management</li><li>Knowledge of reels/short-form video trends</li><li>Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.)</li><li>Experience working with multiple brands or industries</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Creative freedom and ownership</li><li>Opportunity to work on diverse brands/projects</li><li>Growth-focused environment</li><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹22,500.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your current/previous Salary ?</li><li>Please share your portfolio link</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Social media management: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
