 Role Objective
 
 
 
 Contractor-side senior leader responsible for delivering rail structure works safely, on time, within budget, and to specification. Accountable for full site execution, stakeholder coordination, technical resolution, cost control, and team development.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead and control all structural construction activities in line with contract, quality, HSE, schedule, and cost requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute complex structural works including bridges, piling, foundations, underpasses, and overbridges.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to resolve design and construction issues, manage contracts, variations, and claims.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide timely technical leadership to maintain progress and minimize disruption.
 </li>
 <li>
 Enforce HSE compliance through site inspections and participation in safety meetings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive value engineering and cost-effective construction methods to improve productivity and reduce waste.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee planning, progress reporting, logistics, procurement, and execution strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Chair weekly coordination meetings to track progress, mitigate risks, and update execution plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with planning teams on schedules, manpower, equipment, and material flow.
 </li>
 <li>
 Select, mentor, and evaluate engineers and supervisors to build a high-performing team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and improve site productivity in line with the approved program.
 </li>

 Qualifications &amp; Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
 </li>
 <li>
 15&ndash;20 years&rsquo; experience in major infrastructure or rail structure projects.
 </li>
