 Connell Foley is seeking a mid-level Associate with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our New York team. New York admission required, admission to NY federal courts (EDNY/SDNY) and New Jersey admission a plus.
 
 
 
 
 
 The ideal candidate would have experience in complex litigation in one or more of the following areas:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Premises liability
 </li>
 <li>
 Aviation
 </li>
 <li>
 Products liability
 </li>
 <li>
 Motor vehicle
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 The qualified candidate should have the following:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 JD from an ABA accredited law school;
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience preparing pleadings and discovery; taking and defending depositions; drafting and arguing motions; identifying the appropriate strategies for handling cases; working with experts; and communicating with clients;
 </li>
 <li>
 Work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
 </li>
 <li>
 Work well independently as well as effectively within a team;
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving, and oral and written communication skills.
 </li>
 </ul>
