Office Manager (HR &amp; Admin) will also look after office administration, maintain relations with all the Government Agencies including Ministries, Familiar with public sector laws, rules policies and regulations. The roles &amp; responsibilities of the subject position are as under:<ul><li>To process recruiting and hiring procedures by preparing the job advertisement, short listing, interview call letters, interviewing the candidates, preparing evaluation sheets and appointment letters;</li><li>Maintain &amp; update the job requirements and job description for all positions. The person will responsible for all HR &amp; Admin functions including Recruitment &amp; Selection, Induction &amp; Orientation, Training &amp; Development, and Compensation Management of the staff.</li><li>Maintain and update record of personal files of all the employees with requisite documents /credentials along with the record of Annual Performance Review of each employee;</li><li>To bring into the notice of the Management of the Company by identifying the involvement of any employee in malfeasance activity(s) and take appropriate action as determined by the Management.</li><li>Issuing Inter Office Circulars with regard to general /extra ordinary event(s)/meeting(s);</li><li>Looking after the issues related to employees Health Insurance, Life Insurance Claims, Employees Old Age Benefit Institution (EOBI) and Human Resource Development (HRD) Programs/policies;</li><li>Preparation of Allowances, Overtime of support staff and liaison with Accounts Department for its payment process and also coordinate with regard to the employees&rsquo; salaries and benefits related data;</li><li>To generate Purchases/works requisition/Capital Expenditures Request(s) for various Administrative items and verification of such bills before clearance/payments;</li><li>Supervision the support staff, Front Desk Officer, Security Officer and to corroborate their respective activities by checking reports of vehicle log books, leave record, courier bills/receipt, telephone bills and security related data on day to day basis;</li><li>Ensure maintenance and upkeep of all office facilities i.e. vehicles, telephone, electricity and other office equipment i.e. photocopier, generator, printers, furniture &amp; fixtures etc;</li><li>Maintaining smoothly all the Administrative functions i.e. arranging the domestic/international visits/trips of the employees by arranging travel booking, hotel booking, guest arrangements etc;</li><li>Manage training and development initiatives</li><li>Keep track of employee performance</li><li>Manage organizational and company culture</li><li>Oversee and manage benefits and compensation</li><li>Handle conflicts, disciplinary actions, and terminations</li><li>Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy</li><li>Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues</li><li>Manage the recruitment and selection process Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital</li><li>Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization Nurture a positive working environment</li><li>Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance</li><li>Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics</li><li>Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management</li><li>Supporting employee opportunities for professional development</li><li>Managing succession planning of staff</li><li>Assisting with the performance management and review process</li><li>Any Other duty assigned by the top management of the Company.</li></ul>QualificationThe Ideal candidate must possess a Master&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration/Public Administration major in HR Management from top ranking HEC recognized institution.Experience, skills, and abilities<ul><li>At least 3 years of experience in the relevant field with minimum 2 years in the same managerial position in corporate sector firm(s).</li><li>Excellent organizational skills; flexible and able to multi-task, with demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities.</li><li>Must be computer literate with experience in MS Office and administrative matters.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively present and execute innovative ideas.
