Overview</h2>
<p>
Conservice is seeking a highly motivated, entry-level Copywriter to become the sole content authority for our Customer Success organization. Our ideal candidate is a recent college graduate with demonstrable writing experience from internships or student employment, and a strong desire to master B2B and B2C communication.</p>
<p>
This role requires a self-starting, independent, and creative individual ready to take immediate ownership of all customer-facing content. You will be responsible for learning our business model quickly, setting the standard for our messaging and tone, and developing comprehensive content branding guidelines.</p>
<p>
This is a full-time, remote position, with an option to work from our Salt Lake City office. The ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams is critical to success.
</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">Copywriter responsibilities will include:</h2>
<ul><li>Content Ownership &amp; Strategy:</li>
<li><ul><li>Quickly learn and become the expert on the Conservice business model, value proposition, and customer segments.</li>
<li>Establish and own the messaging and tone for all customer-facing content.</li>
<li>Develop comprehensive content branding guidelines to ensure consistency across all customer communications (email, web, print).</li>
</ul></li><li>Content Creation &amp; Execution:</li>
<li><ul><li>Solely write, edit, and proofread all B2C resident marketing content across all channels, including welcome materials, educational content, and billing communication.</li>
<li>Create, edit, and manage B2B email copy targeted at property staff and ownership/management.</li>
<li>Support the Customer Success organization by writing and editing web and print content designed to drive customer understanding, engagement, and positive experience.</li>
<li>Interface with Customer Success, Account Management, and Product teams to gather insights and ensure content accuracy.</li>
<li>Take the lead on all content-related tasks and proactively identify new opportunities to improve customer communication.</li>
</ul></li></ul>Requirements:
<ul><li>1+ years of demonstrable writing experience gained through collegiate employment, internships, or relevant side projects.</li>
<li>A Bachelor's degree in an associated field (Marketing, Communications, Rhetoric, English, Journalism, etc.).</li>
<li>A portfolio of completed writing projects (academic, professional, or personal) demonstrating versatility.</li>
<li>Exceptional attention to detail and a professional command of grammar and style.</li>
<li>Proven ability to work independently and proactively own projects from concept to completion.</li>
<li>Proficiency in the Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).</li>
<li>Excellent technical writing skills and the ability to simplify complex topics.</li>
<li>A creative, fun, and engaging writing voice, with the ability to adapt tone for various audiences (B2C residents and B2B staff/management).</li>
<li>Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills for working with subject matter experts, design teams, and stakeholders across the organization.</li></ul></div>

Onboard - Copywriter

The Events Coordinator supports the planning and execution of a wide range of events&mdash;from conferences and trade shows to management company sponsorship events. This role works closely with the Manager and Director of Events to bring strategies to life through detailed coordination, logistics management, and on-site execution.</p>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Responsibilities</b></h3>
<ul><li>Support planning and execution of a mixture of trade shows and management company sponsorship events.</li>
<li>Maintain and manage the master calendar of management company sponsorship events and your assigned trade shows.</li>
<li>Manage and track the annual management company sponsorships event budget.</li>
<li>Coordinate logistics such as venues, catering, A/V, shipping, travel, and materials.</li>
<li>Manage event timelines, task lists, and project trackers.</li>
<li>Collaborate and coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Account Management to align event details and messaging and to ensure seamless execution of all events.</li>
<li>Assist with event registration, communications, and attendee management.</li>
<li>Maintain inventory of event materials, signage, and branded assets.</li>
<li>Track and reconcile event expenses; assist with budget management.</li>
<li>Provide on-site support when needed.</li>
<li>Gather feedback and assist with post-event summaries.</li>
<li>Ensure every event reflects Conservice's brand and values of Be. Own. Build.</li>
<li>Navigate multiple concurrent deadlines and overlapping event timelines with precision and flawless execution.</li>
<li>Support broader Marketing initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional partners in Account Management, Sales, and other departments as needed.</li>
<li>Maintain a high level of customer service, professionalism, and responsiveness in all internal and external interactions.</li>
<li><i>Represent the Events function within the Logan headquarters office, serving as the on-site point of contact for the broader Marketing and Events team.</i></li>
<li><i>Help support internal events that occur in the Logan office, as needed.</i></li>

<li>Technical proficiency in Google Suite; experience with Cvent or similar event platforms a plus.</li>
