 A national healthcare organization is seeking an experienced
 
 Commercial Litigation Attorney
 
 to join its in-house legal team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with strong commercial litigation experience who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is comfortable supporting cross-functional business teams.
 
 
 
 
 
 This position may be performed fully
 
 remote
 
 ; however, the ability to be
 
 on-site in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania one day per week is a strong plus
 
 .

 Position Responsibilities
 
 
 
 The attorney will manage a diverse portfolio of litigation and regulatory matters, including:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Overseeing healthcare-related commercial litigation, including vendor and contract disputes, payor/provider issues, employment-related claims, regulatory challenges, and patient-related matters.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responding to government investigations, subpoenas, and inquiries from agencies such as CMS, OIG, OCR, DOJ, and state health departments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather facts, assess risk, and support consistent, accurate responses.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinating with outside counsel and assisting with litigation strategy and case management.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 5&ndash;7 years of in-house commercial litigation experience
 
 within the healthcare industry (required).
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated experience
 
 responding to government investigations or regulatory inquiries
 
 (required).
 </li>
 <li>
 Active license to practice law in
 
 at least one U.S. jurisdiction
 
 (required).
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience supporting a
 
 Delaware-incorporated corporation
 
 is helpful but not required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Healthcare experience is mandatory.
 </li>
 </ul>
