The <b>Project Manager</b> role is responsible for high level management, delegation, and execution of day to day e-discovery project tasks. The role involves concurrently managing multiple projects of varying complexity. The incumbent will collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, IT personnel, and other members of the counsel and/or client legal team to ensure the successful completion of e-discovery matters. Project Managers must also mentor, train and delegate to an assigned team of Project Coordinators.</div>
Responsibilities:
<p><b>
Management of Projects:</b></p><ul><li>
Providing end-to-end oversight of discovery matters and serving as primary client point of contact</li><li>
Providing expertise and consultative advice regarding data collections, processing, review workflows, analytics, and production/export deliverables</li><li>
Creating and maintaining project schedules, including defining activities, sequence, dependencies, work effort, duration and associated resource requirements</li><li>
Developing and managing relationships with internal teams</li><li>
Defining, communicating, implementing and monitoring quality standards on all project deliverables</li><li>
Planning and managing internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables</li><li>
Serving as expert on Consilio&rsquo;s review platforms and proprietary offerings</li><li>
Forecasting, tracking and managing project budgets and invoices</li><li>
Successfully overseeing multiple, concurrent projects</li><li>
Generating and distributing reporting metrics for processed requests and KPI&rsquo;s on a regular basis</li><li>
Developing strong client relationships through collaborative, consultative service</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>BA/BS degree or minimum 5 years in the litigation support / legal industry</li><li>
Minimum 8 years&rsquo; experience; 5 years&rsquo; experience as a Project Manager and 2 years as a People Manager</li><li>
Demonstrated experience managing multiple, concurrent projects involving cross-functional teams within budgetary and schedule constraints</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and maintain client satisfaction</li><li>
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate client needs</li><li>

eDiscovery Project Manager

<div>Overview:
<ul><li>The IdAM Lead Analyst, the position functions as an <b>independent Subject Matter Expert (SME),</b> is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Identity Management (PIM) solutions. This role ensures secure access to systems and applications, enforces compliance with regulatory requirements, and drives continuous improvement in identity governance and privileged access processes. The role also ensures global cybersecurity alignment, securing identities and privileged access across multiple regions, and overseeing international IdAM projects.</li><li>
Candidate should be able to work effectively across global team time zones.</li><li>
The candidate is expected to work in the Identity and Access Management vertical within information security</li><li>
The candidate works closely with security and IT teammates to establish and manage a process of enterprise-wide identities and access controls granted to systems and applications</li><li>
The candidate uses IdAM tools and platforms to support and manage provisioning, de-provisioning, and exception changes, ensuring they are clearly tracked, reported and reviewed according to established policies</li><li>
The candidate should have good communication and presentation skills, have ability to work well independently or with a team and is available to travel, possibly internationally on needed basis.</li><li>
The candidate can implement, and support continued use of automation wherever possible to improve efficiency and accuracy of identity and access management systems</li><li>

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Implement identity controls and settings that align with policies and governance structure.</li><li>
Assess and resolve IAM issues that occur across the employee base, as well as with external entities.</li><li>
Serve on a distributed security and technology team responsible for establishing and maintaining identities and entitlements within IAM solutions</li><li>
Secure access to both on-prem and cloud infrastructure, as well as to applications required to support a distributed remote workforce</li><li>
Evaluate business impact and risk exposure based on the level of access granted and make recommendations where improvements should be made.</li><li>
Document access, policies and exceptions, and maintain integrity for audit reviews.</li><li>
Review internal, external and contractor accounts as part of periodic audits.</li><li>
Work closely with incident responders during potential incidents and escalate to management as needed.</li><li>
Make recommendations for improvements in automation efficiencies, security practices and end-user experience.</li><li>
Collaborate with Information Technology, Development and business team members to provide effective solution for same</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in information technology or computer science discipline</li><li>
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in information security domain with at least 5 years focused on IdAM.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management IdAM tools.</li><li>
Exposure to technology architecture such as network, servers, database, identity and access management</li><li>
IdAM solutions, endpoint protection technologies and techniques</li><li>
Strong understanding of LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO, MFA.</li><li>
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and audit processes.</li><li>
Certifications: CIAM or vendor-specific certifications (Netwrix, CyberArk, SailPoint) preferred.</li><li>

Lead Analyst

As a part of the procurement team, the role would entail leading the team interaction with business users in the buying process, offering expert advice on procurement policies and procedures as needed as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with internal customers and external suppliers. A key part of the role would also revolve on gathering data and facts to identify and achieve potential savings and sharing results with leaders along with recommendations for optimization.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Expertise in NetSuite Procurement modules and ServiceNow capabilities.</li><li>
Understand priorities for IT (Hardware, Software and Professional Services) related requirements and follow purchase procedures on compliance and spend limits.</li><li>
Manage Purchase requisitions and work towards release of POs on time to suppliers.</li><li>
Develop sourcing plan and co-ordinate with suppliers for completion for low value purchases.</li><li>
Develop comparatives in RFQ documents.</li><li>
