Our established company is growing and expanding rapidly! We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Business Paralegal to join our dynamic team in the Austin, TX area. This role will focus heavily on supporting our in-house legal and leadership teams with corporate and loan documentation, with occasional litigation support. The ideal candidate is a positive self-starter who thrives in a remote environment and enjoys managing complex transactional work. A thorough understanding of Texas business structures and real estate knowledge are a huge plus.Key Responsibilities Include:<ul><li>Draft, review, and maintain contracts and various business and loan documents</li><li>Research corporate, real estate, and regulatory issues as assigned</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams, lenders, outside counsel, and regulatory agencies to ensure timely, accurate filings and deliverables</li><li>Monitor deadlines, closing dates, and corporate and real estate documentation requirements</li><li>File documents with the Secretary of State, county clerks, and other applicable agencies</li><li>Assist with annual report filings and maintain corporate compliance with Texas state requirements</li><li>Provide support with compliance projects as needed and other job-related duties as assigned</li></ul>Qualification and Experience:<ul><li>Minimum of 3+ years of related paralegal experience with a strong working knowledge of corporate and loan documents required</li><li>Knowledge of Texas business structures, compliance, and real estate strongly preferred</li><li>Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>High level of professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to producing quality work</li><li>Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Education and Certifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li><li>Paralegal certification strongly preferred</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>A supportive and collaborative work culture, and leadership that truly cares for its employees</li><li>Flexibility to work from home</li><li>Competitive compensation and a full-time benefits package designed to help employees stay healthy, feel secure, and maintain a quality work-life balance from day 1:</li><li>Generous PTO plan + 7 paid holidays a year</li><li>Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance</li><li>401k plan with a company match</li></ul>Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
