Responsibilities: As a B2B Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving new business opportunities and fostering client partnerships. Your primary responsibilities will include:
<ul>
<li>Identifying and closing new B2B sales opportunities with enthusiasm and determination.</li>
<li>Achieve monthly performance targets, including:</li>
</ul><ul><li>22 first- time appointments with decision-makers (average 1 per day).</li>
<li>Conducting annual partnership reviews with current clients.</li>
<li>Scheduling 12 on-site, no-obligation trials.</li>
<li>Closing 15 units per month (our average 1.6 units per contract).</li>
</ul><ul><li>Proactively generating appointments through a variety of methods, such as:</li>
</ul><ul><li>Face-to-face cold calling.</li>
<li>Social media networking/appointment setting.</li>
<li>Outbound prospecting calls.</li>
<li>Email and video email prospecting and follow-up.</li>
<li>Effectively managing business activities and sales results within Salesforce CRM.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Fearless new business skills</li>
<li>1 year+ experience as a successful B2B outside sales hunter is a must</li>
<li>Looking to make the jump from a past income of $35K-$70K to $100K-$255K+ (uncapped)</li>
<li>Excellent communication &amp; relationship skills</li>
<li>Valid Driver&rsquo;s License</li>
<li>Successful completion of pre-employment screenings</li>
