We are seeking a customer-focused and results-oriented Director of Site Marketing to own the strategy, execution, and optimization of Constant Contact's website as a marketing channel. This role will be responsible for turning traffic into engaged prospects by optimizing the upper funnel of the site across homepage, landers, SEO-driven pages, and content modules.

You will serve as the connective tissue between Media, SEO, Creative, and Site Operations, ensuring that traffic investments translate into trial starts and adds. You will execute primarily through our CMS and agency partners while partnering closely with Growth, Product Marketing, and Design. The ideal candidate combines deep experience in digital marketing with a strong command of website merchandising and optimization.

What You'll Do:

<li>Own the site marketing strategy and roadmap for upper-funnel experiences across homepage, landers, navigation, and SEO-driven content.</li>
<li>Partner with Media, SEO, and agency partners to align site experiences with traffic acquisition goals.</li>
<li>Execute and optimize through our CMS, collaborating with Site Operations and Creative teams.</li>
<li>Implement A/B and multivariate testing to improve engagement and visitor-to-trial conversion.</li>
<li>Ensure social proof, value messaging, and content modules are surfaced effectively to prospective customers.</li>
<li>Champion a data-driven, mobile-first approach to site marketing.</li>
<li>Partner with Growth and Product Marketing to ensure messaging consistency across channels and stays on brand.</li> 
</ul>
Who you are:
<ul>
<li>8+ years of experience in digital marketing, site marketing, or ecommerce roles.</li>
<li>Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in site conversion through CMS and marketing optimization.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, and their interplay with site experiences.</li>
<li>Experience managing site merchandising and content optimization at scale.</li>
<li>Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into site execution.</li>
<li>Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional management skills.</li>
<li>Familiarity with CMS platforms, testing tools, and analytics systems a plus.</li>
