Responsibilities:

Primary Purpose of Position
Directly responsible for the supervision, assignment, and coordination of Maintenance Division activities to ensure a productive workforce that supports all divisional, departmental, Clean Energy Center (CEC), and corporate goals while in accordance with all company policies and local, state, and federal regulations. Interfaces with the department schedulers and planners to plan and execute work. Provides recommendations on training, procedure changes, and other needs to support safe and efficient execution of work activities. Participates as an Emergency Plan team member. 
Primary Duties and Accountabilities<ul><li>
Effectively supervise craft personnel to ensure that all assigned maintenance activities are performed safely and effectively by qualified workers in accordance with CEC procedures, Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) regulations, and the CEC schedule. Ensures department personnel are properly supervised, trained, and qualified to perform assignments, including emergency plan qualifications.
</li><li>Administer coaching, mentoring and performance management, including initiation of disciplinary action, for assigned employees.

Primary Purpose of Position
Engage, along with IT VP, with Constellation Business Units in the development of technology solutions and support of IT services and products. Partner with business clients and IT leadership in the development of a strategic technology plan and investment strategy that meets the needs of the business while leveraging standard enterprise architectures. Make decisions that affect station license and have regulatory compliance penalties. Face-to-face discussions with all individuals with Fitness for Duty Violations, and Denials of Unescorted Access (UA). In most cases these result in cancellation of in-processing activities, cancellation of UA and, potential employment termination. Responsible for reporting of legal actions by individuals maintaining UA and confidential assessment thereof. Investigate all Fitness for Duty and Access Authorization Allegations (on-site or off-site). Work with Corporate Security, Human Resources, Contract Management, Local Law Enforcement and Plant Manager as applicable.</li><li>
Directly work with contractor/vendor management in the coordination of employee in-processing for UA, Fitness for Duty concerns/violations, and For Cause (Firings) Terminations. Interface with outside agencies to include; Union Halls/Business Agents, Background Companies, and Local Law Enforcement. Develop and maintain the Master Mobilization schedule for the site prior to outage. Ensure all levels of management and contractor/vendors maintain cognizant of &quot;just in time&quot; in-processing to facilitate cost and provide challenges when necessary. Primary Purpose of Position
The Principal Construction Project Manager (PM) leads project teams and plans, directs, and coordinates activities of large-scale, energy efficiency-focused commercial construction projects. Ensures that projects are completed safely, with a high level of quality, &amp; on-time and on/under budget. Manages all aspects of project phases, from pre-construction to completion. Act as primary liaison with clients, develops subcontract and procurement documentation, including scope of work, equipment/material lists, and specifications. Negotiates subcontract and procurement scope, and terms &amp; conditions.

Responsibilities:

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
The qualified individual will be responsible for the following:
Obtaining and maintaining an NRC license for operation of the facility.
Assigned on a rotating shift basis, acting under prescribed rules and approved practices, to observe, inspect and as instructed operate station equipment; to prepare equipment for service and for maintenance; to test equipment for proper operation; to take necessary action in emergencies; and to perform related work as assigned.
Specifically tied to NRC regulations includes the control of reactivity systems that affect power levels of the plant.
Monitoring gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine/system are working properly. Controlling operations of equipment or systems remotely from main control room center. Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents, licenses Critical Thinking, using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
Assisting Senior Reactor Operators for finding and evaluating Information to determine compliance with required standards
Using relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations, or standards and provide information to required parties.
Gathering Information, observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources. Identifying Objects, Actions, and Events; identifying information by categorizing, estimating, recognizing differences or similarities, and detecting changes in circumstances or events.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES 
<ul><li>
Observe, inspect, and as instructed, operate such generating station auxiliary equipment as pumps, fans, air compressors, and heat exchangers.</li><li>
Inspect and make necessary adjustment on gland seal pressures on main turbine generator units.</li><li>
Make routine checks of various equipment related to transfer of water and steam.</li><li>
Inspect and reset relays in auxiliary power centers in the event of automatic trip-out of any auxiliary equipment.</li><li>
Operate auxiliary equipment manually when remote control equipment is not connected to the main control panel, or during abnormal conditions.</li><li>
Assist as required in performing initial troubleshooting work on control circuit, auxiliary switches, tripping devices on circuit breakers, and level controllers.</li><li>
Perform manual switching in auxiliary power centers for all routine maintenance or emergency repairs to electrical equipment.</li><li>
Check the operation of feed water heaters and other secondary plant equipment such as station heating, ventilating and cooling systems.</li><li>
Inspect auxiliary power transformers, switchgear, and batteries by checking the temperature of equipment, oil levels in transformers, acid levels in batteries; and to record specific gravity readings and charge batteries as required.</li><li>
Operate the water treatment system, involving such work as adjusting feed of chemical feed pumps, preparing chemicals for feed tanks and make-up pretreatment, checking levels in storage tanks, adjusting rates of flow, recording of chemicals used and water meter readings, and making field checks on water samples as assigned.</li><li>
Operate oil cleaning and transfer equipment, including checking all levels in reservoirs, back flushing oil coolers, and periodically taking oil samples.</li><li>
Inspect brushes on main generator field rings on various motor generator sets; and to check exciter bearings.</li><li>
Replace gas cylinders (e.g. hydrogen, nitrogen) on headers; to check the operation of the hydrogen unit gas dryer.</li><li>
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and working area.</li><li>
Assist in controlling the operation of reactor-turbine generator units by receiving and executing orders from station operators, observing control instruments, and reading meters.</li><li>
Observe, inspect and operate reactor, turbine and other station equipment outside of the control room (including starting, stopping and preparing equipment for maintenance).</li><li>
Perform electrical operating and switching outside the control room, such as operating disconnects, circuit breakers, and grounding buses; and to take circuits and equipment in and out of service.</li><li>
Instruct and train, and to coordinate the work of others.</li><li>

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 
<ul><li>
Candidates must possess at least a High School Diploma or equivalent.</li><li>
Candidates with a college degree will need to provide transcripts.</li><li>
Candidates with applicable military experience (e.g., Navy Nuclear) will need to provide DD214 (long form) and training history.</li><li>
Candidates must pass the Plant Operator Selection System (POSS) examination and Basic Math and Science Test (BMST) [administered by the Talent Acquisition Department].</li><li>
Candidates must successfully complete a License Medical Screening and Fire Brigade Screening prior to introduction into the Non-Initial Licensed Operator Training Program.</li><li>
Candidates must satisfactorily complete a psychological screening.</li><li>
Candidates must qualify for site unescorted access.</li><li>
Candidates must meet the power plant experience requirements of ACAD 10-001 or company governance.</li><li>

Comparable is PWR to PWR or BWR to BWR, and non-comparable is PWR to BWR or BWR to PWR. Must have 18 months total Power Plant experience OR</li><li>
6 months performing plant operational duties as an ACTIVE licensed reactor operator at a comparable nuclear facility or 12 months experience at a non-comparable commercial power reactor operator facility. Comparable is PWR to PWR or BWR to BWR, and non-comparable is PWR to BWR or BWR to PWR. Must have 18 months total Power Plant experience OR</li><li>
18 months in position equivalent to the reactor operator position at a miliary Navy Reactor (qualified to manipulate or direct the manipulation of control rods. Responsibilities:

Primary Purpose of Position
This position involves developing and managing a Constellation regional and local workforce development strategy that: 
1) creates, implements, and manages regional and local workforce development initiatives, relationships
, and programs for individuals in our local communities communities to join Constellation and energy industry careers: 
2) build relationships between internal and external stakeholders, including community organizations, community colleges, schools, unions/trades, training programs, or aligned business partners. This includes interface, attendance at career fairs and recruitment events, and influence with community groups listed. 
3) Interface and create strategies in collaboration with leadership, HR Business Partners, Talent acquisition, business leaders, and other internal stakeholders to support community impact, workforce development, or talent pipeline priorities; 
4) track key impact metrics and obtain feedback from stakeholders 
5) manage logistics and programmatic details related to budget/funding requests, program participation/engagement, business/community needs, and regular reporting on progress. This position requires significant relationship building within and outside of the organization and will serve as the project management lead for the day-to-day operations of regional and local workforce development programs and initiatives, to support both community investment and respect, belonging, diversity, and inclusion priorities. Position must be local to region and required to be on site at the local assigned Constellation clean energy centers, Power assets, and/or corporate offices or attending community engagement opportunities at least 3 days/week. 
Primary Duties and Accountabilities<ul><li>
Develop, activate, and continuously improve a regional workforce development engagement strategy in partnership with philanthropy, collaborating with HR business leads, talent acquisition, and site or business unit leaders to align with both long- and short-term workforce needs.</li><li>
Drive regional adoption and engagement with enterprise workforce development initiatives, including Powering Change ($1.25M program).</li><li>
Build internal volunteer engagement and identify local champions to support program visibility and execution.</li><li>
Serve as primary point of contact for regional workforce development champions, supporting program execution, engagement, and impact tracking; assess and explore new partnerships, acting as liaison for new workforce development programs.</li><li>
Coordinate &quot;co-opetition&quot; (cooperation/competition) activities to strengthen relationships, identify opportunities, and secure additional resources.</li><li>
Partner with the Early Talent Acquisition team to lead local talent sourcing efforts and build pipelines for positions from the communities we serve, and site-level volunteer engagement.</li><li>
Identify and cultivate new sourcing partners for talent, as well as upskilling and reskilling opportunities.</li><li>

Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>
