 Position Summary
 
 
 
 The Recruiting Coordinator (RC) supports centralized onboarding execution from offer acceptance through hire and start date. This role ensures candidates complete all pre-employment requirements and onboarding milestones efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with organizational and client standards. RC Team members operate within a shared-service model supporting multiple programs through standardized workflows.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Initiate onboarding activities following recruiter handoff.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate background investigations and drug/medical screenings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Submit and track security clearance requests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule required training and onboarding activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain onboarding status tracking in designated systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as primary candidate contact post-offer acceptance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide clear guidance on onboarding requirements and timelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor candidate progress and proactively resolve delays.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure completion of required documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate onboarding records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support audit readiness through proper documentation tracking.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with recruiters to ensure clean onboarding handoff.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate onboarding risks or delays to RC Lead.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend on-site and off-site hiring events as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Other duties as assigned.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1+ years&rsquo; experience in recruiting coordination, onboarding operations, administrative assistance or HR operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage high-volume workflows.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently.
