About the Role:ConstroTech Associate LLP is looking for a vigilant and experienced MEP Engineer to ensure health and safety protocols are implemented and followed at all construction sites. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in construction safety regulations, risk assessment, and incident management. This role is critical in promoting a safe work culture and ensuring compliance with legal and company safety standards.Key Responsibilities:1. Project Coordination &amp; Planning<ul><li>Review and validate MEP designs (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting &amp; Compressor systems) in the pre-construction phase.</li><li>Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and contractors for seamless MEP integration.</li><li>Plan and monitor project milestones and execution schedules.</li><li>Lead MEP coordination meetings to resolve conflicts and align disciplines.</li></ul>2. Site Supervision &amp; Execution<ul><li>Supervise day-to-day installation of MEP systems on-site.</li><li>Ensure proper installation of electrical panels, cable trays, HVAC ducting, chillers, AHUs, piping, plumbing fixtures, firefighting systems, and air compressors.</li><li>Enforce adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and technical specifications.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections and approve critical activities.</li></ul>3. Technical &amp; Design Oversight<ul><li>Review and approve shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings.</li><li>Verify design compatibility with civil/structural elements and site conditions.</li><li>Recommend value engineering options and optimize system layouts.</li><li>Ensure compliance with NBC, IS/IEC standards, and local authority regulations.</li></ul>4. Vendor &amp; Contractor Management<ul><li>Oversee and coordinate with MEP subcontractors and suppliers.</li><li>Review and approve contractor bills, technical submittals, and material specifications.</li><li>Monitor manpower, productivity, and work quality of MEP teams.</li><li>Ensure contractors follow project plans, deadlines, and safety regulations.</li></ul>5. Testing, Commissioning &amp; Handover<ul><li>Lead the testing and commissioning process for all MEP systems including HVAC, electrical panels, firefighting pumps, and compressed air systems.</li><li>Review and validate O&amp;M manuals and training deliverables from vendors.</li><li>Ensure systems meet functionality, energy-efficiency, and performance standards prior to handover.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.</li><li>6&ndash;8 years of relevant experience in MEP execution, especially in industrial/commercial projects.</li><li>Prior experience with PMC (Project Management Consultancy) setups is preferred.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of NBC, IS/IEC codes, fire norms, and safety regulations.</li></ul>Why Join Us:At ConstroTech Associate LLP, safety is a top priority. Junior Civil Engineer(Industrial &amp; Commercials Project)Location: Pune Full-time | On-siteOpen Position Number 1About the RoleWe are hiring an experienced Junior Civil Engineer to join our Project Management Consultancy team for industrial infrastructure projects. The candidates will be supporting project planning, quality assurance, safety compliance, and overall project coordination from initiation of commissioning.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervision day-to-day construction activities on-site as per approved construction drawings and schedule.</li><li>Maintain effective communication with all stakeholder, including clients ,contractor, consultants and venders.</li><li>Ensure quality compliance with technical specification, standards and scope of work.</li><li>Study construction drawings, identify discrepancies, and raised RFIs, follow up with architects and consultants for timely resolution.</li><li>Check vendor measurement and assist in certification of contractor/vendor bills as per standard checklist.</li><li>Coordinate with architects and consultants for timely release of drawing and details to ensure smooth progress.</li><li>Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports (DPR and WPR) to management system.</li><li>Track project activates and milestones ; assist in preparing activity scheduled and project timelines using Microsoft Project(MSP)</li><li>Maintain cost control records, track mesurement checking of bills and ensure alignment with project budgets.</li><li>Highlight issues or delays that could impact project timelines; assist in preparing delay analysis report</li><li>Monitor ensure contract compliances by vendors , including scope , schedule and safety obligation.</li><li>Promote and ensure adherence to safety protocols and best practices on -site.</li><li>Coordinate daily with vendor for work sequencing, interdependencies and resource planning</li><li>Involve in site supervision across Civil ,PHE, And MEP works from commencement to commissioning.</li></ul>Additional Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support with material BOQ's , quality and safety observations, and audit compliance</li><li>Ensure environment , quality and safety standards are upheld on-sites.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>BE in Civil Engineering 3-5 year or Diploma in Civil Engineering</li></ul>Skills &amp; Tools<ul><li>Strong communication , problem-solving skills and presentation skills in English</li><li>Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities</li><li>Wiling to work at project sites and travel as required</li><li>Knowledge of construction methods, project lifecycle, drawings, safety protocols and QA/QC practices.</li><li>Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint</li><li>Planning experience using MS Project (MSP)</li><li>Knowledge of HVAC &amp; MEP work execution and billing</li><li>Familiarity with interior works, fits-outs and aesthetic finishes is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time, On-siteIndustry: Industrial &amp; Commercials ProjectExperience: 3-5yrs in site execution or PMC roles, preferably in industrial or infrastructure ProjectLanguage: Fluent English (Required)Other Information Experience of Industrial projects, Should have knowledge of MEP works alsoJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹10,956.34 - ₹30,970.24 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
