RAbout the Role:ConstroTech Associate LLP is looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager (Civil) to lead and oversee multiple construction projects from planning through execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate between engineering teams, clients, and contractors to deliver quality results on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, execute, and manage civil construction projects from start to finish</li><li>Prepare project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans</li><li>Supervise site activities and ensure adherence to architectural and structural drawings</li><li>Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution</li><li>Should have Knowledge of MEP work execution &amp; Billing</li><li>Enforce HSE compliance and promote a culture of safety and quality on site.</li><li>Monitor progress, quality, safety, and cost control at all project stages</li><li>Conduct regular site visits and review meetings to resolve technical issues</li><li>Maintain project documentation, including DPRs, billing, and BOQs</li><li>Ensure timely approvals, material procurement, and compliance with regulatory norms</li><li>Report project status to management and stakeholders at regular intervals</li><li>Supervision project work from Civil stage at commencement to commissioning</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master&rsquo;s preferred)</li><li>B.E. Civil Engineering: 10&ndash;12 years of experience or Diploma in Civil Engineering (DCE): 12&ndash;15 years of experience (minimize at least 2&ndash;3 years of experience on industrial construction projects)</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning tools, and quality standards</li><li>Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office</li><li>Good understanding of MEP works and billing</li><li>Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple sites and teams simultaneously</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving ability</li><li>Other Information Experience of Industrial projects, Should have knowledge of MEP works also</li></ul>Why Join Us:At ConstroTech Associate LLP, we&rsquo;re committed to building high-quality infrastructure with precision and integrity.
