The Opportunity</b></div><div>
ConstructConnect's Digital Marketing team is seeking a Marketing HubSpot Administrator to lead our marketing operations and technology strategy. This role is critical to our marketing success, combining deep HubSpot expertise with strategic thinking to create a world-class marketing technology ecosystem that drives growth and efficiency. As our Marketing HubSpot Administrator, you'll be the technical backbone of our marketing operations. You'll own our HubSpot instance end-to-end, ensure flawless integration with our broader tech stack, and empower our marketing team to execute campaigns with precision and scale. HubSpot Platform Ownership</b></div><ul><li>
Serve as the primary HubSpot administrator, managing all technical aspects, configurations, and customizations</li><li>
Design and implement sophisticated marketing automation workflows, lead nurturing campaigns, and behavioral triggers</li><li>
Optimize HubSpot CMS for our web development team, ensuring SEO best practices and performance optimization</li><li>
Manage HubSpot user permissions, training, and adoption across the marketing organization</li></ul><div><b>
Integration &amp; Data Management</b></div><ul><li>
Own and optimize the critical HubSpot-to-Salesforce integration, ensuring reliable data synchronization and lead handoff</li><li>
Manage ZoomInfo integration to enrich lead data and improve targeting capabilities</li><li>
Maintain data quality through regular audits, deduplication processes, and data governance policies</li><li>
Create unified reporting across systems to provide actionable insights for marketing and sales leadership</li></ul><div><b>
Marketing Technology Strategy</b></div><ul><li>
Evaluate and recommend new marketing technologies to enhance team capabilities and campaign performance</li><li>
Partner with IT and GTM Systems teams to ensure security, compliance, and technical best practices</li><li>
Lead marketing technology vendor relationships and contract negotiations</li><li>
Develop and maintain a marketing technology roadmap aligned with business objectives</li></ul><div><b>
Analytics &amp; Optimization</b></div><ul><li>
Build and maintain marketing dashboards that track KPIs, attribution, and ROI across channels</li><li>
Conduct regular performance analyses to identify optimization opportunities</li><li>
Implement A/B testing frameworks for continuous improvement of marketing assets</li><li>
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness</li><li>

Experience &amp; Expertise</b></div><ul><li>
4+ years of marketing operations experience with significant HubSpot administration responsibilities</li><li>
Proven success managing complex HubSpot implementations in B2B SaaS or technology companies</li><li>
Deep understanding of the HubSpot-Salesforce ecosystem and integration best practices</li><li>
Experience with ZoomInfo, 6sense, or similar intent data and sales intelligence platforms</li><li>
Track record of improving marketing operations efficiency through process and technology optimization</li></ul><div><b>
Technical Proficiencies</b></div><ul><li>
Expert-level knowledge of HubSpot including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and CMS Hub</li><li>
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data models</li><li>
Proficiency in marketing analytics and business intelligence tools</li><li>
Familiarity with API integrations and webhook configurations</li><li>
Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML/CSS is a plus</li></ul><div><b>
