Job descriptionWe are looking for a talented and accomplished site engineer to join our business. As a site engineer, you will manage your assigned projects, supervise project staff, and provide technical advice as a subject matter expert.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards</li><li>Suggest process and technical progress changes to improve performance and efficiency</li><li>Monitor project progress, compliance with design specifications and safety standards</li><li>Direct engineering activities; assign tasks, provide training and support</li><li>Create work schedules and adjust as needed to meet project deadlines</li><li>Maintain detailed documentation of all site engineering activities</li><li>Collaborate with management to align activities with desired business outcome</li><li>Preparing submittals, reviewing the monthly payment for approval.</li><li>Preparing of Sub Contractor Quantities &amp; Payments.</li><li>Quality Assurance, Check Quality of Work for all types of Structure and Finishing Works</li><li>Preparing the monthly and daily reports, look ahead programs and Tracking of actual progress versus planned target.</li></ul>Job Type / Category:Construction Of residential VillasRequired Education, Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in civil or structural engineering, construction, building, or related field</li><li>With 2 years&rsquo; UAE Experience at least and 3 years Full Experience T least.</li><li>Proficient in the use of computer aided design (CAD) software, MS excel, P6</li><li>Proven track record for managing personnel and material resources</li><li>Exemplary critical thinking, analytical, and complex problem-solving skills</li><li>Strong time management and project management skills</li><li>Active listening and verbal communication skills</li><li>Dedication to learning new concepts and strategies</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeEducation:Bachelor's (Required)Experience:site engineer - UAE: 3 years (Required)Language:Arabic (Required)License/Certification:Driving License (Required)Application Deadline:18/03/2026Expected Start Date: 01/04/2026نوع الوظيفة: دوام كاملموقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
