If you&rsquo;re looking for a leadership role with room to grow, CTS is the place for you.Your RoleA Tower Technician is responsible for building, maintaining, repairing, and upgrading telecommunications towers and related wireless infrastructure. The role involves working at significant heights, handling technical equipment, and ensuring that communication networks operate safely, efficiently and to CTS quality expectations.<ul><li>Climbing and working on towers ranging from 100 to 400+ feet to install, inspect, or repair antennas, radios, lines, mounts, and other telecom equipment.</li><li>Performing tower construction tasks, including stacking sections, installing platforms, mounts, and safety systems.</li><li>Running, routing, and terminating coax, fiber, and power cables according to industry standards.</li><li>Troubleshooting network issues on towers, rooftops, and ground equipment shelters.</li><li>Following strict safety protocols, including fall protection, RF awareness, and rescue procedures.</li><li>Operating heavy equipment such as winches, hoists, rigging systems, and sometimes bucket trucks.</li></ul>What Success Looks Like<ul><li>Crews work efficiently and return home safe every day</li><li>Work meets or exceeds customer and CTS standards</li><li>Technicians grow under leadership</li><li>Projects stay on track through strong communication</li><li>Shows up on time, prepared, and dependable</li><li>Completes tasks within expected timelines</li><li>Communicates clearly with crew leads and teammates</li></ul>QualificationsRequired:<ul><li>Comfortable working at heights of 150+ feet</li><li>Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and able to travel frequently</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>OSHA 10 or OSHA 30</li><li>CPR / First Aid / NWSA</li><li>Experience with multiple carriers</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive hourly pay based on experience</li><li>Overtime</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>401(k) with 3% automatic employer contribution - no employee contribution required.</li><li>Paid time off and sick leave</li><li>Paid ongoing training and certification</li><li>Per diem</li></ul>Apply TodayJoin CTS and be part of a team that values craftsmanship, leadership, and looking out for one another.Built to connect.
