We are willing to train!As a member of our Inside Sales Group, we are offering a full-time generous hourly position PLUS the opportunity for a monthly team bonus.<ul><li>Job Type: Full-time</li><li>Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 am -5:00 pm</li><li>Hourly Pay: $23.07 with potential to earn a monthly bonus ($1,000 monthly bonus guaranteed for first six months).</li><li>Experience: We are willing to train!</li></ul>Applicant must be: <ul><li>Sales-oriented with interpersonal and organizational skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented and have a strong ability to multitask.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Able to employ strong negotiation skills.</li><li>Self-motivated and effort driven.</li><li>Previous sales experience is not required but is a PLUS.</li></ul>WHAT CPS EXPECTS FROM YOU: <ul><li>Create new dealer partnerships.</li><li>Ability to navigate high daily phone volume.</li><li>Grow your active dealer count by creating value for our dealer partners.</li><li>Capture Funding Packages from dealerships across the country.</li><li>Act as a partner to your dealers to ensure maximum profitability for the dealership and CPS.</li><li>Work closely with our Originations department to ensure a smooth partnership.</li><li>Complete production reports as needed for management.</li><li>Display the best customer service to your dealer partners.</li><li>Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.</li><li>Source new opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails.</li><li>Record customer information and maintain database by obtaining, entering, and verifying required data.</li></ul>Benefits:We recognize people as our most valuable asset.
