Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure accurate and timely reporting. This role is responsible for managing the accounting team, maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting strategic financial decisions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable</li><li>Supervise and mentor the accounting team, including performance management</li><li>Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations</li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies</li><li>Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes</li><li>Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors</li><li>Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting</li><li>Implement and improve accounting systems and internal controls</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely tax filings and regulatory reporting</li><li>Collaborate with senior management on financial planning and analysis</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field</li><li>Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred or required</li><li>5&ndash;8+ years of accounting experience</li><li>2&ndash;4+ years of leadership or managerial experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting</li><li>Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar)</li><li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Effective communication and leadership abilities</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR22,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
