Contentstack is seeking an experienced Senior Brand Designer to join our creative team and aid in design direction for a diverse range of projects. In this role, you will work within the marketing team to deliver high-quality design solutions for both print and digital media, including e-books, display and OOH ads, presentations, event collateral and campaign concepts. As a senior designer, you will be responsible for setting and maintaining design standards, ensuring brand consistency across all assets and mentoring junior designers.

The ideal candidate will bring strong design skills in typography, composition and visual hierarchy, along with an experienced understanding of design systems and creative mentorship. The ability to create visual concepts and initiate art direction will be a key differentiator. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior-level designer with experience across multiple design disciplines and a passion for driving creative innovation.

Flexible Work Schedule: Working with a US-based team will require occasional evening meetings to bridge the 12-hour difference.

 Required skills
<ul>
<li>Expert Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Must be highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and basic After Effects proficiency. The senior designer should be able to illustrate, manage color spaces, typography and interactive PDFs for both digital and print.</li>
<li>Advanced Proficiency in Figma: Senior designer must be able to create files in Figma, navigate library structures add brand libraries to their files and recreate existing assets as needed. The ideal candidate is able to set up components, component variables, branches and prototypes.</li>
<li>Strong Visual Design Expertise: Deep knowledge of typography, composition and visual hierarchy, with the ability to complete tasks that meet both creative and strategic goals. You will be responsible for guiding a junior level designer and ensuring their work is of high quality.</li>
<li>Photography Curation &amp; Editing: Ability to select and curate photography that fits within the composition, and experience in editing photos for contrast, brightness, and color correction, with some experience in advanced photo manipulation.</li>
<li>Strategic Thinking &amp; Problem-Solving: Ability to approach design problems strategically, translating business objectives into creative solutions that meet client and project needs.</li>
<li>Experience with Design Systems &amp; Brand Consistency: Must have experience in maintaining design systems, ensuring consistency across executions and managing assets within a collaborative environment.</li>
<li>Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate design concepts and efficiently respond to feedback.</li>
<li>AI champion: Experience with integration of AI tools to enhance design workflows and improve creative efficiency is ideal. Image creation through generative AI tools is a bonus.</li>
<li>Work independently: the ideal senior designer can work autonomously and prep work for review at the end of their workday.</li>
<li>Manage work tracking tools like Monday: No experience is needed in Monday, but the senior designer should be comfortable navigating a project tracking platform: quickly responding to messages, linking to files, understanding timelines, etc.</li></ul>
