About the Role: We&rsquo;re looking for an energetic HR Intern to assist with employee engagement initiatives and general HR support. HR Intern

Responsibilities:<ul><li>Meet with assigned clients and perform an initial financial assessment of a problematic situation and business performance (includes financial analysis, key process and systems understanding)</li><li>Collect information about the client's business through a variety of methods (shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports etc.)</li><li>Analyse and interpret data to unearth weaknesses and problems and comprehend the causes.</li><li>Formulate recommendations and solutions with based on data analysed.</li><li>Preparation of functional level Profit and Loss budgeting activity for the entity (Manufacturing and Service) and setting up process for data flow (MIS) to track actuals against the budget.</li><li>Preparation of cash projections and monthly review and revision.</li><li>Setting up profit and Cost centres in entity&rsquo;s ERP system and monitor monthly performance and preparation of performance MIS.</li><li>Preparing internal reports for executive leadership and supporting their decision making.</li><li>Creating, updating, and maintaining financial models and detailed forecasts of the company&rsquo;s future operations.</li><li>Comparing historical results against budgets and forecasts and performing variance analysis to explain differences in performance and make improvements going forward.</li><li>Considering opportunities for the company to expand or grow. Mapping outgrowth plans, including capital expenditures and investments.
