This role involves managing planning, execution, budgeting, and team performance while ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Review proposals, blueprints, and specifications to determine labor, materials, and timelines</li><li>Resolve project discrepancies through analysis and coordination</li><li>Communicate with internal teams, contractors, and clients for effective project execution</li><li>Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets</li><li>Monitor progress and report on status, variances, and financial performance</li><li>Lead project meetings and maintain client relationships</li><li>Implement change management processes and issue change orders as needed</li><li>Ensure compliance with contract documents and construction standards</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of electrical project management experience</li><li>Experience in Industrial, Commercial, Data Center, and Renewable Energy projects</li><li>Proficient in estimating software (McCormick, Accubid, or Similar Estimating Software)</li><li>Strong skills in Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools</li><li>Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license; ability to travel as needed</li><li>Must pass drug screening and background check</li></ul>Physical Requirements:<ul><li>Ability to walk on uneven surfaces at job sites</li><li>Use of PPE including hard hats, boots, eye and hearing protection</li><li>Exposure to outdoor weather conditions and loud environments</li></ul>About Conti CorporationSince 1969, we have led the industry in the development of design and construction solutions that address job requirements while surpassing performance expectations.
