</p><div><div><p>HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT</p><p>
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be involved in all aspects of plant maintenance and mechanical equipment reliability. This position will train on day shift, but after training will work night shift, 7pm - 7am on a rotating 4-on/4-off schedule.</p><ul><li>
As an Maintenance Technician perform preventive maintenance and routine lubrication</li><li>
You will troubleshoot problems for the repair of existing equipment and perform diagnostics to determine machine malfunction</li><li>
This position disassembles and reassembles machinery to repair or replace parts in equipment in a timely fashion</li><li>
You will respond to breakdown calls for mechanical problems</li><li>
You will be responsible for completion of necessary documentation of work performed</li><li>
Please note that production schedules can change based on production needs</li></ul><p>
THE ENVIRONMENT</p><p>
Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures and guidelines must always be adhered to. Applicants must be able to work in a manufacturing industrial environment and be able to wear personal protective equipment such as safety boots, safety glasses, hearing protection, etc. The use of a respirator may be required for specific job departments.</p><br>

</p><div><div><p>WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE</p><ul><li>
Completion of a high school diploma or GED</li><li>
Previous maintenance technician experience will be considered in lieu of formal documented technical training</li><li>
Must be able to work in industrial environment</li><li>
Must have working knowledge of power transmission equipment</li><li>
Must be able to work at elevated heights</li><li>
Able to read and work from drawings and schematics</li><li>
Must be willing to work overtime and night shift</li><li>
No relocation assistance is offered for this position</li><li>

ADDITIONAL WAYS TO STAND OUT</p><ul><li>

HOURLY PAY</p><ul><li>
The hourly rate for this position is $22.22 per hour. This position is also eligible for a quarterly incentive program.</li><li>
This role will be eligible for shift differential which is added onto your hourly rate. The additional shift differential is $0.20 per hour for overnight shifts, $0.15 per hour for evening shifts, and $1.00 per hour for weekend shifts.</li><li>
Pay rate is based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.</li></ul><p></p><p><br>
