<div>Continental Properties is looking for a motivated and empowered Groundskeeper to join our team at our beautiful at our beautiful Springs at Sandstone Ranch residential apartment community in Longmont, CO.

You will provide above and beyond customer service and an unmatched level of personal attention to residents. You will maintain the appearance of apartment communities and ensure new homes are ready for resident move-in by creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Position Specifics
<ul>
<li>Full-Time</li>
<li>Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour</li>
<li>Additional earning potential through position-specific performance incentives</li></ul> 


Essential Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Manage daily upkeep and cleaning of property grounds, clubhouse, amenities, units, and all common areas</li>
<li>Help maintain landscaping including watering, planting, mulching, and pruning shrubs</li>
<li>Perform daily inspections of the community, ensuring it is litter free by removing trash and maintaining cleanliness of grounds, dumpster areas, pet stations, and other areas</li>
<li>Stock refreshments as needed in common areas</li>
<li>Help with pressure washing, storm clean-up and snow removal in winter</li>
<li>Provide direct support to your Service Supervisor</li></ul> 


Skills for Success:
<ul>
<li>Ability to operate basic equipment such as blowers, mowers, pressure washers, vacuums, etc.</li>
<li>Ability to work overtime and on call, and a non-traditional schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays</li>
<li>You will need to use technology such as computers, tablets, telephone, and other office equipment to perform tasks.</li></ul>

<div>Continental Properties is looking for an experienced and customer centric Community Manager for our brand-new Springs at Canton residential apartment community located in Canton Township, MI.

Our Community Manager is an essential business leader responsible for the successful operations of their community. You will provide an exceptional living experience for all residents while creating a positive and productive work environment for the team. You will report to the Regional Director/Vice President.

Position Specifics

<li>Develop and manage the operating income/expense budgets</li>
<li>Lead and direct all business functions, sales, marketing, and customer service for the community</li>
<li>Hire, develop, and motivate your team, promoting high levels of engagement and continued growth and development</li>
<li>Oversee the performance of the community and the well-being of residents</li></ul> 


Skills for Success:
<ul>
<li>3 plus years of residential community management experience</li>
<li>Experience leading and developing teams</li>
<li>Experience creating budgets/increasing a community's NOI</li>
<li>An unmatched commitment to customer service</li>
<li>Experience in Onesite, Ops Technology, YieldStar, Lead2Lease and Compliance Depot preferred</li>
<li>Ability to work a non-traditional schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays</li>
<li>Individuals will perform a combination of sedentary desk work and touring the community for a period of 8 hours. Some communities will have stairs in select units. In addition, you will need to use a computer, telephone and other office equipment to perform tasks.</li></ul>
