This position is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of our sales operations.In this role, you will&middot; Process all EDI sales orders&middot; Process and coordinate large chain orders and warehouse orders&middot; Maintain information and prepare reports as directed&middot; Utilize software system (OnBase) to scan delivery invoices and pickups for record keeping&middot; Collects and provides necessary materials for audits: internal; independent; customer history, TABC; sales audits&middot; Process and log sales representatives&rsquo; deliveries, and maintain records of deliveries for audit&middot; Responsible for the order and distribution of office/janitorial supplies&middot; Files and maintains correspondence and other records&middot; Research wine vintages in conjunction with warehouse as requested&middot; Provides relief coverage for receptionist duties, where needed&middot; Other administrative duties as assigned.What you bring:&middot; High school diploma or general education degree (GED);&middot; One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.50 - $19.00 per yearWork Location: In person

Sales Operations Coordinator

Schedule: Monday's - Friday's; 7am - 3pmLocation/Area: Fairbanks and surrounding area within 2-3 hoursSummary / Primary Role:The position of Mover Packer Crew Leader will have primary responsibility to lead the crew per job assignment. This includes driver responsibilities to/from the job site, packing, unpacking, loading, pick-up and delivery of freight to various customer and company locations within the greater Fairbanks area.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:(Management may amend or assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time)&middot; Operates vehicles in compliance with local and state traffic codes/laws and company procedures.&middot; Maintains a professional attitude with customer, coworkers, and motoring public.&middot; Strictly observes work schedules and specific delivery requirements set forth by International Services Inc./ARS and their customers.&middot; Performs pre-trip inspections on all vehicles he/she operates and ensures any necessary repairs are completed according to state and federal regulations prior to leaving the terminal.&middot; Ensures load is properly stowed and secured to prevent shifting or damage due to shifting during transit to the delivery location.&middot; Uses proper equipment for loading/unloading of freight to prevent damage to product or injury from strain, etc.&middot; Knowledge to install and remove tire chains.&middot; Leader/Person in charge at job assignment to manage the crew, workload, communicate to dispatcher/office, and be the primary point of contact with the member and QC at the job site.&middot; Review job requirements, ensure packing materials are accounted for prior to going to the job for the day.&middot; Train/guide team members on the job, provide direction, goals to achieve, etc. to ensure that the job is completed in a professional and timely manner.&middot; Ensure clean up at job site at the end of the day, that all tools are returned to the OIS/ARS warehouse upon return to the office.&middot; Knowledgeable of TRANSCOM requirements, rules and regulations&middot; ALL OTHER DUTIES AND PROJECTS AS ASSIGNED.Qualifications and Key Skills:(The following are representative of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, or ability required for this position)Must possess a valid Class D drivers' license and a good driving record.<ul><li>Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs.</li><li>Must be able to pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.</li><li>Able to read and write the English language and read and understand traffic signs and controls in accordance with FHWA regulations.</li><li>Able to complete appropriate paperwork in accordance with company and regulatory agency requirements.</li><li>Able to effectively communicate and present information and respond to questions from management, customers, and the general public.</li><li>Employee must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of traffic and customer situations in a professional fashion. He/she must know how to communicate via telephone or radio to dispatch for instruction and or guidance.</li><li>Must maintain a valid driver's license.</li><li>Current DMV report</li><li>Able to obtain an ICC medical card.</li></ul>Supervisory Responsibility:This position has supervisory oversight of 1 - 4 employees.Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.&middot; Stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear.&middot; Lift and/or move up to 75 pounds and occasionally carry feet.&middot; Work in extreme weather conditions, with temperature variances from + 80 degrees Fahrenheit to -50 degrees Fahrenheit throughout the course of a season.&middot; Have the ability for close vision, color vision and the ability to focus, with the aid of glasses or contacts, if needed.Job Type: Full-timePay: $24.50 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
