Job Summary:
</b></div></div><div><div>The Financial Analyst-Treasury &amp; Pricing position supports the business through treasury management, product costing, customer pricing, and margin analysis. This role partners closely with Sales, FP&amp;A, Operations, and Accounting to ensure pricing decisions are informed, costs are accurate, and cash needs are proactively managed.</div></div></div></div><br>

Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></div></div><div><div>
Treasury Management</div></div><ul><li><div>
Maintain a detailed, rolling 12-month cash forecast, updated monthly</div></li><li><div>
Prepare a daily and weekly cash position reviewing all cash movements for accuracy</div></li><li><div>
Monitor bank balances across all accounts</div></li><li><div>
Manage vendor payment schedule with AP team</div></li><li><div>
Track working capital metrics and monitor changes to each, modeling variances to understand companywide impact</div></li></ul><div><div>
Costing and Pricing</div></div><ul><li><div>
Maintain and update product standard costs</div></li><li><div>
Perform cost rollups and analyze BOM changes</div></li><li><div>
Analyze cost changes and their impact on pricing and margins</div></li><li><div>
Maintain customer pricing files, models, and data</div></li><li><div>
Partner with sales team on pricing exercises to ensure pricing aligns with cost updates and margin targets</div></li><li><div>
Prepare customer and product margin analysis providing this analytical support to key stakeholders</div></li><li><div>
Support monthly forecasting with up-to-date costing and pricing data</div></li></ul><div><div>

Provide support for month end close and audit requests</div></li><li><div>
Improve processes and documentation related to pricing, costing, and cash</div></li><li><div>
Generate ad-hoc financial reports as needed</div></li><li><div>
Backup for Accounts Payable, as needed</div></li></ul><p>

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</div></li><li><div>
1-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or analytical roles</div></li><li><div>
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel</div></li><li><div>
Experience with ERP systems</div></li><li><div>
Effective communication and interpersonal skills</div></li><li><div>
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills</div></li><li><div>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team</div></li></ul><p>

This role is primarily performed in a professional office or remote setting and requires the ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, to support business operations. The position involves regular use of a computer, including typing, viewing screens, and participating<i> </i>in virtual meetings. Participate fully in Finlays programs that drive continuous improvement methodologies.</div></li></ul><p>
