This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, creative environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with brand goals and target audiences across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.</li><li>Create engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that resonate with diverse audiences while maintaining brand consistency.</li><li>Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activity; respond promptly to comments and messages to foster community engagement.</li><li>Design visually appealing graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe Creative Suite; incorporate branding guidelines into all visual content.</li><li>Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and conversions.</li><li>Cultivate relationships with influencers, media outlets, and industry partners through effective public relations strategies.</li><li>Oversee branding initiatives across digital channels; ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity.</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams on e-commerce promotions, product launches, and special events to amplify marketing efforts.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in social media marketing management across multiple platforms with a strong understanding of platform-specific best practices.</li><li>Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; experience with video editing is a plus.</li><li>Strong knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research tools, and web analytics including Google Analytics.</li><li>Familiarity with social listening tools to track brand sentiment and industry trends effectively.</li><li>Experience managing paid advertising campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager or similar platforms.</li><li>Excellent content creation skills with an eye for compelling storytelling through visuals and written communication.</li><li>Ability to develop strategic branding initiatives that enhance brand recognition across digital channels.</li><li>Strong relationship management skills for engaging with media outlets, influencers, and internal teams.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hourWork Location: In person
