Constellation Data Labs is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Technical Support Representative to join our team. This role serves as the first line of support for customers who rely on our real estate data services including MLS listings, tax, mortgage, and other real estate/property adjacent datasets. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for resolving technical and operational issues, managing support tickets, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.<br>

Key Responsibilities:<br>

Required Competencies:<br>

We are looking to hire strong Sr. SQA Analyst professional with expertise in manual and automation testing.</div></div><div></div><div><div><br>
The successful hire will be located and work out of the Contour Software Karachi office, working as part of the resource-center team, as an extension of the division-based R&amp;D department.<br>

Job Qualifications:</div></div><div><ul><li><div>
University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, and/or related discipline.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
5+ years of experience in manual and automated software testing.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Hands on experience in developing automation test scripts, executing automation tests &amp; analyzing test results.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Good in robust programming languages such as Typescript, and/or JavaScript.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Good familiarity using Playwright for automation and with other testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium with C#).</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Working experience with version control systems like Git.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
Working knowledge of Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) processes.</div></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><div>
