Position Summary</b></h2><p>
Responsible for full lifecycle delivery of complex construction projects across federal, state/local municipal, institutional, commercial, and industrial sectors.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>Lead $1M&ndash;$10M projects from preconstruction through closeout</li><li>Oversee budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, coordination, and contract compliance</li><li>Develop, manage, and update construction schedules using Primavera P6</li><li>Capacity to independently create and maintain detailed construction schedules</li><li>Manage owner, engineer, and government agency relationships</li><li>Review drawings, specifications, and scopes for constructability</li><li>Manage pay applications, change orders, and cost controls</li><li>Support estimating, preconstruction, and value engineering</li><li>Ensure compliance with federal and municipal contract requirements</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>8+ years of construction project management experience</li><li>Federal government and municipal construction experience required</li><li>Primavera P6 scheduling experience required</li><li>Strong estimating, scheduling, and cost control skills</li><li>Proven leadership and communication abilities</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
