Many of our members have been with us for years, and we are intentional about creating an environment where good people want to stay.Position SummaryWe are seeking a Project Manager to oversee structural steel projects from award through completion. This is an in-office role requiring strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This is not a turnover or burnout-driven replacement role, we are looking to add someone to our team who sees this as a long-term opportunity and wants to contribute to the company&rsquo;s continued growth.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage multiple structural steel projects from award to closeout</li><li>Coordinate fabrication, delivery, and installation activities</li><li>Work collaboratively with general contractors, engineers, detailers, vendors, and field crews</li><li>Review contracts, drawings and specifications</li><li>Prepare and submit RFI&rsquo;s, submittals, and change order requests</li><li>Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets</li><li>Monitor job costs, labor, materials, and production progress</li><li>Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates</li><li>Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and mutual respect</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3-10 years of successful project management experience in structural steel fabrication and/or steel erection</li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of steel fabrication and erection processes</li><li>Ability to read and interpret structural shop and erection drawings</li><li>Experience coordinating with general contractors and construction schedules</li><li>Proficiency with spreadsheets and project management software</li><li>Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Willingness to adapt to change and learn new methods</li><li>Experience with AISC standards and familiarity with estimating</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>A professional who is team-oriented and treats others with respect</li><li>The desire and ability to maintain professionalism and integrity under pressure</li><li>Someone who keeps their word and follows through</li><li>A leader who reacts to challenges calmly, fairly, and consistently</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>Health insurance and benefits package</li><li>Paid time off and holidays</li><li>401(k)</li><li>Long-term opportunity with a stable, values-driven company</li></ul>How to ApplyApply through Indeed with your resume.
