&middot; Advise &amp; Monitor employees maintaining the site to do so as per regulations and company Safety Policy.&middot; To conduct inspection, daily observation at site to ensure it is a hazard-free environment.&middot; Verifies that injury logs and reports are completed and submitted.&middot; Conducts investigations of all accidents and near-misses.&middot; Ensure accident and near-miss reporting procedures are understood and complied with, and assist with accident investigations.&middot; Communicate Safety rules and regulation in toolbox talk/minutes of meetings.&middot; To observe and maintain PPE, Fire Safety, Fall Arrest System, Ladder Safety, Scaffold &amp; Cradle safety, Lifting Safety for work operation.&middot; Exercises on how to manage emergency situations through internal workshops, external trainings, periodical mock-ups.&middot; To conduct risk assessment and hazard analyses for each and every job executed at site.&middot; Verify the location, activity and competency before issuing the PTW (Permit to Work).&middot; Maintain all HSE documents related to the projects and ensure it is kept up to date, and produced for any references or HSE Internal / External and ISO Audit.&middot; Induct Safety policies and procedures by conducting regular awareness programs and meetings.<ul><li>At least 1 year plus of experience in similar Safety field preferably in a construction industry.</li><li>Looking for Bahraini Nationality Only</li><li>Minimum High School Graduate.</li><li>Preferred HSE Professional Achievements in IOSH MS, NEBOSH IGC, NEBOSH HSW.</li></ul>&middot; Good communication and interpersonal abilities.Job Type: Full-timePay: BD350.000 - BD400.000 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Safety Officer: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
