Job Responsibilities:- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.- Hands-on experience with GOSI, LMRA, CPR, Tamkeen, and immigration processes.- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases with confidentiality. - Ensuring accurate and timely submission of timesheets for payroll data. - Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and leave management. - Serve as a point of contact for employee&rsquo;s concerns. - Provide administrative support to HR department, including documentation, report preparation, and coordination of HR activities.Qualifications/Skills Requirement- Proven experience of 3+ years in HR role/Government relations in Kingdom of Bahrain - Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human resources or a related field.- Experience in construction industry will be preferred. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities- Bahraini nationals onlyJob Type: Full-timePay: BD500.000 - BD600.000 per month

Urgent Hiring HR Executive (Bahraini)

Roles and Responsibilities:&middot; Installation of HVAC Units (Mini splits, Central split Units, Package Units &amp; VRF Units etc..)&middot; Installation of Refrigerant pipe, Brazing, Pressure testing &amp; Flushing the system.&middot; Wiring, Thermostat Fixing &amp; Cable termination.&middot; Starting, Commissioning, Testing &amp; Balancing of HVAC Units (Minisplit, Central Split Units, Package Units, VRF Units).&middot; Troubleshooting of the HVAC Units.&middot; Preparing of Job Cards.&middot; Responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining air conditioning and heating equipment in residences, commercial, and industrial buildings.&middot; Understands and analyses relevant technical documents such as electrical schemes, fluid schemes, piping diagrams, psychometric diagrams etc.&middot; Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.&middot; Scope: field operations &ndash; all HVAC.&middot; Under General Supervision, diagnoses and repair systems malfunctions and technical support where needed and escalate issues as appropriate.&middot; Explain System Operation to Customer.&middot; Performs other related duties as assigned.Requirements:<ul><li>5 - 6 years of experience in the relevant field.</li><li>Relevant qualifications in specific trade (HVAC, Refrigeration).</li><li>Proven work experience as an HVAC Installation Technician or similar role.</li><li>Good communication skill.</li><li>Valid Bahrain Driving License.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: BD200.000 - BD300.000 per month
