Roles &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare detailed 2D and 3D civil engineering drawings, including site plans, grading plans, utility layouts (water, sewer, drainage), road designs, and structural details.</li><li>Work closely with Civil Engineers and Project Managers to understand project requirements and design specifications.</li><li>Ensure all drawings adhere to relevant industry standards, codes, and project specifications.</li><li>Review and revise drawings based on feedback, design changes, or site conditions.</li><li>Manage and organize drawing files and documentation effectively.</li><li>Assist in quantity take-offs and material schedules from drawings.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of drawing revisions and versions</li><li>Review and revise drawings based on feedback from engineers, consultants, clients, or site conditions, ensuring all changes are accurately documented and communicated.</li><li>Manage, organize, and archive drawing files, models, and associated documentation within the project management system.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings upon project completion.</li><li>Contribute to the development of drawing templates and libraries to enhance efficiency.</li><li>Participate in design review meetings to provide input from a drafting perspective.</li><li>Assist in preparing permit application drawings and related documentation.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.</li><li>2 - 3 years of proven experience as a Civil Draftsman, preferably within high-rise and villa construction.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.</li><li>Experience with other relevant software such as Revit, SketchUp will be added advantage</li><li>Solid understanding of civil engineering principles and drafting standards.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, sketches, and specifications accurately.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.</li><li>Good communication skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: BD350.000 - BD450.000 per month

Urgent Hiring Civil Draftsman

ROLES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Direct and oversee electrical engineering works at construction sites.</li><li>Resolving issues and ensuring that work is completed according to specifications.</li><li>Balance project management and engineering tasks ranging from designing electrical plans to monitoring onsite personnel who are related to electrical works onsite.</li><li>Ensure that plans and work are completed according to local codes and national electrical codes.</li><li>Conduct testing and maintenance on electrical systems, including final inspections prior to job completion.</li><li>Design electrical systems for commercial, residential, and industrial construction projects.</li><li>Directly oversee and manage teams of electrical technicians and subcontractors.</li><li>Resolve issues related to electric systems or devices that arise during the course of construction.</li><li>Help develop cost estimates for both material and labor. By analyzing blueprints and site specifications, project the amount of wire, fixtures, and other materials the project will require.</li><li>Manage construction schedules related to electrical elements of job sites.</li><li>Conduct tests of electrical systems throughout the construction process.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>5 + years of experience in the relevant field.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent required.</li><li>Experience in the Construction Field and Gulf Experience is Mandatory.</li><li>Good communication skill.</li><li>professional/ engineering license (Required)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: BD500.000 - BD900.000 per month
