Approximately 30 posts per month.</li><li>Rewrite/adjust captions as needed to ensure brand voice consistency.</li><li>Ensure all posts include correct link automations and are scheduled out according to the content calendar</li><li>Oversee Pinterest strategy and ensure deliverables are being met</li><li>Oversee quarterly website product curation for seasonal refreshes - 4x per year (project management + product selection only. No coding experience needed.) -</li><li>Support occasional overflow tasks during peak seasons (e.g., launch days, holidays)</li></ul>Content Creation<ul><li>Reels creation (basic in app editing)</li><li>Carousel editing (Canva)</li><li>Daily stories updates</li></ul>Monthly Deliverables Management:<ul><li>Develop content strategy repurposing workflow (carousel &rarr; blog &rarr; email). To ensure they work together cohesively each month</li><li>Design and create 1-2 carousels per week curating products and sourcing content from the clients content bank</li><li>Select trending topics, create content, and coordinate execution with the client and creative team members.</li><li>Research trending topics and products and keep up with industry trends</li><li>Share creative ideas and research AI and new tools to improve how we work</li><li>Stay plugged into pop culture, fashion, and marketing trends</li><li>Creating SOPs for contract and in-house roles</li><li>Basic reels editing for 2-4 reels per week</li><li>Back end systems linking to ensure sales tracking is appropriated</li></ul>Project &amp; Team Coordination<ul><li>Assign tasks in Asana, monitor progress, and check in with team members to meet deadlines</li><li>Keep workflows running smoothly in Canva and other platforms.</li><li>Suggest new systems and AI-driven tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency</li></ul>Client Communication<ul><li>Act as the main client contact for 1-2 accounts&mdash; handling all email communications and occasional meetings.</li><li>Manage project flow and keep clients feeling supported and cared for.</li><li>Ensure feedback loops are closed and clients always knows what&rsquo;s in progress.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>A Team Players with A+ Attitudes - you know how to figure things out and take initiative and you bring a positive attitude to the team.</li><li>Up-to-date on fashion, pop culture + social media trends</li><li>Interested in travel, home goods, fashion, and gadgets</li><li>4+ years in marketing, digital, or social media strategy</li><li>Organized and detail-oriented with project management experience</li><li>Understanding of brand voice, keyword research, social media best practices and basic marketing strategy</li><li>Strong writing and copyediting skills</li><li>Expertise working in Canva (or similar tools)</li><li>Expertise with basic reels editing in the IG app</li><li>Excited to jump in where needed and grow with a fast pace social media agency</li></ul>Success Metrics<ul><li>All content delivered on time, on-brand, and on-message</li><li>Carousels/blogs/emails/reels curated and produced with minimal oversight</li><li>Seasonal and trending content consistently integrated into strategy</li><li>Client feels well cared for, supported, and confident in the process</li><li>Minimal input required from leadership &mdash; this role runs independently</li><li>New ideas are brought to the table and efforts are made to improve and grow</li></ul>Contract Details<ul><li>Type: Full Time (first 90 days are a trial period)</li><li>Pay: $25-$30/hour DOE (approx. 40 hours per week) (flexible work hours, deadlines are firm)</li></ul>Location: Remote, Pacific Time Zone preferredJob Types: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Paid sick leave</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
