<div>We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Project Manager to lead tenant improvement projects with a focus on healthcare-related construction. This role requires a strong background in the medical sector, deep understanding and the ability to manage multiple high-value projects with excellence.

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Manage and execute $4&ndash;6 million in active plumbing projects</li>
<li>Bid, budget, and estimate using CAE methodology and industry standards</li>
<li>Monitor field operations, crew productivity, and manpower</li>
<li>Manage RFIs, SOVs, billing, and change orders</li>
<li>Conduct job walks and site visits</li>
<li>Lead and communicate effectively with field and foreman teams</li>
<li>Build and maintain client relationships, particularly in healthcare/HCAI sectors</li>
<li>Mentor and develop Project Engineers</li>
<li>Participate in bi-weekly project manager meetings</li>
<li>Drive project success through technical knowledge and strong leadership</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Strong experience in medical construction with HCAI compliance insight</li>
<li>Mastery of CAE estimating systems and workflows</li>
<li>Demonstrated success managing complex plumbing projects</li>
<li>Excellent communication and leadership skills</li>
<li>Ability to lead mechanical scope discussions with clarity</li>
<li>Proven ability to build team culture and deliver profitable projects</li>

Pay Range: $90k-$165k
