Job Title: Site Engineer &ndash; Waterproofing &amp; Epoxy Coating WorksLocation: DubaiJob Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer specializing in waterproofing and epoxy coating works. The ideal candidate will manage project execution on-site, ensure quality workmanship, and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and the project handling team to deliver tasks on time and within scope.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee and supervise waterproofing and epoxy coating works at various project sites.</li><li>Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality control procedures.</li><li>Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress and site activities.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and engineers to ensure smooth workflow.</li><li>Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.</li><li>Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation and project record keeping.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.</li><li>Proven experience in waterproofing and epoxy coating works.</li><li>Strong knowledge of materials, application methods, and industry standards.</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership skills.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license and own car.</li><li>Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.</li></ul>Salary and Benefits: To be discussed upon interview.How to Apply: Interested candidates may send their updated CV to info@controlkeytech.com.Or contact 052-737 9537.Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED3,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Civil works: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
