This vital role involves managing daily office operations, supporting team members, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative skills, excellent customer service, and a positive attitude to help our office run efficiently and effectively. Duties:<ul><li>Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization.</li><li>Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems and perform accurate data entry tasks.</li><li>Utilize Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)</li><li>Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Utilize Adobe Acrobat</li><li>Assist in proofreading documents to ensure clarity and accuracy.</li><li>Support the team with a variety of administrative tasks as needed.</li><li>Implement effective time management strategies to prioritize and complete tasks.</li><li>Foster a welcoming and professional environment for clients and visitors.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in office administration or management roles.</li><li>Strong proficiency with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).</li><li>Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Adobe PDF.</li><li>Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not required.</li><li>High attention to detail with strong proofreading skills.</li><li>Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records.</li><li>Effective time management skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.</li></ul>Join us to be part of a dynamic team where your organizational talents will keep our office running smoothly!
