We are seeking skilled <b>Fire Alarm Service Technicians and Inspectors</b> to join our team. In this role you will need to be familiar with inspecting, testing, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing Fire Alarm systems.</div><br>

Responsibilities:<div></div><ul><li><br>
Inspectors shall perform all inspections, testing and some repair tasks on fire alarm systems.</li><li>Service technicians shall respond to scheduled and emergency service requests and perform in-depth trouble shooting, repair and/or replacement of system equipment.</li><li>Service Technicians will have the ability to program fire alarm systems or have experience with programing low voltage systems including fire alarm, nurse call, access control, security, or CCTV.</li><li>Frequently resolve problems through research of multiple alternatives.</li><li>Communicate and effectively interact with other contractors and building owners.</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems programs, schematics, and operational product manuals.</li><li>Assist customers on site with all questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Effectively communicate project status to management.</li><li>Complete all appropriate company paperwork as required.</li><li>Industry related FAL (Texas Fire Alarm License) is required.</li><li>Experience with the following manufacturers: Edwards/EST, Kidde, Notifier, FireLite, Bosch, Silent Knight, DSC, Telguard, and Gamewell/FCI is preferred.</li><li>Active Texas Fire Alarm Technician (FAL) Certification is required.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<div></div><ul><li><br>
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.</li><li>Applicants must meet requirements in relation to background and driving record.</li><li>Must be proficient in the use and application of industry related equipment including MS Office.</li><li>Must have excellent communications skills, using tact and diplomacy when dealing with customers.</li><li>Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Fire Alarm/Low Voltage industry.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Physical Requirements</b>:</div><ul><li>Able to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as climbing a ladder, scaffolding and high lift equipment up to 60 feet, working within ducts, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc.</li><li>Capable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools as required and lifting to 75lbs.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>

Posted Salary Range: USD $25.00 - USD $40.00 /Hr.</div>
