<p>
As a <b>Junior Executive </b>you will be responsible to for contracting, planning and providing transaction certificates to clients and ensure efficient communication with the clients.</p>

<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Tasks and responsibilities</b></h3>
<ul><li>Verification and review of contracting related client documents (application, legal documents, export documents etc.)</li>
<li>Determination of risks of processes and/or products specific for the assigned standard/ modules</li>
<li>Preparation of Transaction Certificates (TCs)</li>
<li>Organize, update and maintain operational data and files</li>
<li>Liaison with auditors and certifiers to depute qualified auditors for audits</li>
<li>Liaison with clients to ensure complete and correct documents are received to process the contracting and issue of TCs</li>
<li>Coordinate and communicate with clients for contracting, planning, invoicing and TCs process</li>
<li>Delegated tasks by Manager &ndash; Operations/ Certifier</li>
<li>Maintaining good relationship with the clients</li>
<li>Record keeping and storage of files, while maintaining traceability</li>
<li>Maintaining upto date files in the system + hardcopy as per procedures</li>
<li>Keeping abreast of developments, issues and legislative changes pertaining to agriculture</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Requirements</b></h3>
<ul><li>Graduate in Agriculture or related science discipline</li>
<li>Minimum 2 year of experience in agriculture or related industry</li>
<li>Experience of document review and coordination in a Certification Body is preferred</li>
<li>Knowledge of agriculture industry: products and processes would be advantageous</li>
<li>Excellent Proficiency with MS Office</li>
<li>Good command of English: in speech and in writing</li>
<li>Fast learner with strong interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Attention to detail</li>
