As a Project Manager, you will be involved in orchestrating Digital Transformation projects to implement sales automation software solutions for top FMCG companies. You will communicate with a wide variety of people to ensure seamless project execution, manage timelines and resources, proactively identify risks, and serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.</p><div><b><br>

Project Manager

<div><p><b>Job Description</b></p><p>
As a Techno Functional architect at Convo, you will play a pivotal role in bridging client business requirements with the technical capabilities of SaaS revenue management platform. This position focuses on hands-on configuration, implementation, and technical leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions for our clients in the consumer goods sector. You will collaborate closely with both client and internal teams to ensure our solutions drive real business value and meet project objectives. Success in this role requires a combination of technical expertise, functional acumen, and a consultative approach to customers, problem-solving, and configuration.</p><ul><li>
Configure and document the end-to-end solution using SaaS platform to meet customer business and technical requirements, ensuring scalability and security.</li><li>
Lead and guide technical &amp; business teams across multiple projects, effectively working within the broader team and optimizing use of people and resources.</li><li>
Provide expertise in the solution, clearly articulating configuration options and benefits to client business processes, leading discussions on RGM with client business teams and tying these back to data, driving clients in key configuration decisions in order to maximize business value from our platform</li><li>
Design and implement D365 or other ERP solutions, including module configuration, workflow automation, and business process optimization.</li><li>
Conduct workshops with client teams to gather, formalize, and challenge requirements, translating them into clear functional blueprints and configuration specifications, and ensure system configurations and integrations meet client requirements while minimizing customization.</li><li>
Implement and configure the SaaS solution to address client needs in close collaboration with technical teams, ensuring smooth handover of functional requirements.</li><li>
Leverage D365 platform capabilities and .NET development expertise to create custom solutions and integrations where standard configurations are insufficient.</li><li>
Lead ERP system integrations with third-party applications using APIs, web services, and middleware platforms to ensure seamless data flow across business systems.</li><li>
Manage ERP upgrades, patches, and enhancements while maintaining system stability and performance.</li><li>
Conduct gap analysis on client requirements versus standard platform capabilities, recommending and implementing configuration options or closure strategies.</li><li>
Facilitate the creation of test scripts, and drive both systems integration and user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality.</li><li>
Provide technical governance and assurance throughout the delivery lifecycle, identifying and mitigating business and technical risks associated with solution configuration and implementation.</li><li>
Act as a key communication bridge between client and product teams, providing actionable feedback to support continuous improvement.</li><li>
Deep-dive into key strategic projects and initiatives, helping the team to tackle new challenges and increase operational efficiency.</li><li>
Ensure timely data availability, structure, and enrichment for implementation projects, with a focus on data quality and actionable insights.</li><li>
Advise on data structures, baseline definitions, and the translation of business requirements into technical and functional specifications.</li><li>
Optimize ERP system performance through database tuning, custom report development, and dashboard creation for executive visibility.</li><li>
Maintain clear project documentation and ensure all deliverables are met with high quality and efficiency.</li><li>
Actively coach and mentor team members, sharing expertise and supporting skill development across the team.</li></ul><p><b>
Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.</li><li>
8+ years of experience in configuring and implementing ERP/SaaS solutions, ideally within the CPG or revenue management sector.</li><li>
Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or other major ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) including implementation and configuration.</li><li>
Proven .NET development experience with ability to create custom modules, integrations, and extensions.</li><li>
Strong understanding of ERP architecture, data migration strategies, and system integration patterns.</li><li>
Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes for ERP systems.</li><li>
Strong analytical skills, with a passion for data and process optimization.</li><li>
Experience in leading technical teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions.</li><li>
Commercial awareness and understanding of business processes, particularly in the context of CPG or similar industries.</li><li>
Highly organized, including planning, documentation, and milestone tracking.</li><li>
