About the RoleConvoFlow is a Dubai-based AI agency with over five years of operations. We build voice agents, WhatsApp chatbots, and CRM automations for 30+ clients across the UAE and UK on monthly retainers.We are hiring a Senior Automation Developer to join our team full-time, in-office in Dubai. This is a hands-on technical role &mdash; you will design, build, and maintain production automation systems across multiple clients simultaneously.The most important technical requirement is deep expertise in n8n. Self-hosted, production-grade, multi-tenant. Everything else on the stack matters, but n8n is the foundation this role is built on. If you haven't run n8n in a real production environment, this role isn't the right fit right now.What You'll Be Working On<ul><li>Designing and building production n8n workflows &mdash; multi-tenant architecture, error handling, queue management, webhook orchestration, self-hosted deployment</li><li>Building and operating voice AI agent systems &mdash; outbound calling, inbound handling, agent configuration, end-of-call classification and CRM routing (VAPI, Retell, Bland, or equivalent)</li><li>Integrating automation systems with CRMs at API level &mdash; GoHighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot &mdash; custom fields, pipeline automation, multi-location isolation</li><li>Building WhatsApp Business API automation &mdash; AI chatbots, lead qualification flows, deduplication</li><li>Designing and managing production databases &mdash; Supabase / PostgreSQL, schema design, RPC functions, row-level security</li><li>Implementing LLM classification pipelines &mdash; call transcript analysis, structured JSON output, validation and fallback logic</li><li>Building monitoring and alerting systems &mdash; stuck lead detection, silent failure recovery, cross-client watchdogs</li><li>Setting technical standards across the team &mdash; documentation, naming conventions, pre-QA checklists</li></ul>What We Needn8n &mdash; this is the non-negotiable. Deep, production-grade experience. Self-hosted deployment. Complex multi-tenant workflow architecture. Error handling, queue patterns, webhook idempotency, SDK-level customisation. You can build any flow without docs and you know every failure mode.Voice AI &mdash; one platform in depth. VAPI, Retell AI, Bland AI, Twilio Media Streams, or equivalent. End-to-end experience: outbound triggers, assistant configuration, tool call design, end-of-call webhook handling, LLM outcome classification.CRM integration &mdash; API level, not surface level. GoHighLevel: custom fields, pipelines, PIT authentication, sub-account isolation. Salesforce: API writes, validation rules, Setup Audit Trail, Connected App OAuth. HubSpot or Pipedrive also valued.Database &mdash; production depth. Supabase / PostgreSQL or equivalent. Schema design, RPC functions, row-level security, migrations.LLM integration. OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or equivalent.
