<div><p>We are looking for Media &amp; Social Monitoring Analysts to join our 24/7 Monitoring Command Centre.</p><p>
This role focuses on continuous monitoring, issue identification, and disciplined escalation across social media and traditional media channels.</p><p>
This is not an insights or reporting role. It is an operational monitoring role requiring consistency, attention to detail, and comfort working rota-based shifts.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What you will do</b></h3><ul>
<li>Monitor social media and traditional media channels continuously</li>
<li>Identify and flag relevant coverage based on defined criteria</li>
<li>Apply structured triage frameworks to assess potential risk</li>
<li>Document issues accurately with links, screenshots, and summaries</li>
<li>Escalate issues promptly according to SOPs</li>
<li>Complete clear shift handovers</li>
<li>Follow monitoring and escalation templates strictly</li>
<li>Work as part of a global, follow-the-sun team</li>
</ul><p><b>
Requirements</b></p><ul>
<li>
Fluent, professional-level English (written and spoken)</li>
<li>Prior experience in media monitoring or social listening</li>
<li>Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Talkwalker, Brandwatch, Meltwater, Cision, Lexis Nexis, or similar</li>
<li>Comfortable working night shifts, weekends, and rotating schedules</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and documentation</li>
<li>Able to follow structured processes and escalation rules</li>
<li>Calm, reliable, and consistent under pressure</li>
<li>Experience monitoring crisis or high-risk topics</li>
<li>Exposure to legal, financial, healthcare, or corporate reputation monitoring</li>
