We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Support Engineer to provide day-to-day technical support to end users and assist in maintaining IT systems across office and project sites. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience in IT infrastructure support, preferably within a construction project environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide first-line IT support to users via phone, email, remote access, and onsite assistance.</li><li>Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including Windows OS, Microsoft Office applications, printers, desktops, and laptops.</li><li>Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and standard business applications.</li><li>Manage user accounts, password resets, and email configurations.</li><li>Support network connectivity issues, including LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet access.</li><li>Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and shared devices.</li><li>Assist in system upgrades, maintenance activities, and IT infrastructure improvements.</li><li>Maintain IT asset inventory and update asset records regularly.</li><li>Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including workstation setup and account management.</li><li>Document IT issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.</li></ul>Basic Networking Support<ul><li>Troubleshoot LAN and Wi-Fi connectivity issues.</li><li>Configure IP settings and perform basic network setup.</li><li>Support printer sharing and device connectivity.</li><li>Escalate complex network issues to senior IT personnel when required.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>7&ndash;9 years of IT Support experience.</li><li>UAE construction company experience is highly preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and hardware troubleshooting.</li><li>Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, LAN, and Wi-Fi.</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction project environment.</li><li>Immediate joiners are highly preferred.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality.</li><li>Hands-on experience with IT hardware installation and maintenance.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests.</li><li>Willingness to learn and grow within the IT infrastructure field.</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Salary: As per company standards and candidate experience.</li><li>Benefits: As per UAE Labour Law and company policy.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
