Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and produce detailed 3D renderings and visualizations from architectural plans and concepts.</li><li>Utilize 3ds Max and Corona Renderer to create photorealistic imagery and animations.</li><li>Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and design goals.</li><li>Incorporate feedback and revisions from clients and team members to refine visualizations.</li><li>Prepare and edit images in Photoshop to enhance the quality and presentation of visual outputs.</li><li>Utilize AutoCAD for accurate modeling and integration of architectural elements.</li><li>Maintain a high level of creativity and attention to detail in all visualizations.</li><li>Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while ensuring the highest quality standards.</li><li>Stay current with industry trends, software updates, and best practices in 3D visualization.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience as a 3D EXTERIOR Architectural Visualizer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.</li><li>Proficiency in 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, Photoshop, and AutoCAD.</li><li>Solid understanding of architectural design principles and visualization techniques.</li><li>Ability to interpret architectural drawings and translate them into 3D models and renderings.</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.</li><li>Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>A creative and detail-oriented approach to visualizing and presenting architectural designs.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience with additional visualization software or tools.</li><li>Knowledge of animation and motion graphics in 3ds Max.</li><li>Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.</li></ul>Education and Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Architecture, 3D Visualization, Graphic Design, or a related field.</li><li>1.5 to 3 years of professional experience in 3D architectural visualization.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, InternshipPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>what is your total Experience ?</li><li>what is your current salary ?</li><li>what is your location ?</li><li>what are your salary expectation?</li><li>Software known?</li><li>Current organization?</li><li>Current job location ?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
